Dresses were priced reasonably but now I am trying to return one of them and it seems to be a difficult process.

The worst store EVER! Order a dress it did not look like the picture, I didn't order the custom size so I was under the impression that I could just return it no big deal… well that's NOT the case, they don't offer shipping labels so I would have to pay $400 to ship it back to get a refund and the dress was only $150 plus $40 shipping! So now I'm stuck with a dress that doesn't look like the picture and they aren't helping deal with it! I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Bad business!

This company refuses to let me return a dress that came with the lace cut up. They even had the nerve to tell me to get it altered! You can't fix cut lace that shouldn't have come cut!

They state easy returns. Not true- read between the lines. They list every reason that they will not take a return which is pretty much everything. I got a wedding dress with one of the straps not sewn on and parts of the stitching coming apart. They keep offering me discounts to keep it (10 now 15%) but then said OR I could return and pay to ship it back to China. Seriously? If you have ever tried that its a nightmare. Item usually gets help up in customs and gets shipped back to you after you have now paid for the item plus $30 to return it and you will be out the $$ for the dress plus the shipping. Horrible company- buy from a US based business.

Their website return policy is not accurate. I bought 2 dresses and one didn't fit so I wanted to return it. I emailed them the day after I received it in the mail and they said I needed to find a local tailor. I emailed 3 times and they kept telling me the same thing and sending me a different return policy.

Exactly what I need. Perfect size.love the dress, and everything came early

Sized up significantly to avoid having to return it. No size is anywhere on tags and the package doesn't come with a packing slip to know what size was sent to me.

Very good fabric and customer service, the delivery was very fast.

Dresses are too small and can't fit. I really love them.

The prices are great and so is the quality. It took a little long to ship, but still arrived within the timeframe explained on the website.

Beautiful dress. The size around the boobs are a little small and the cups are a little high. I did have to get it altered in order to wear it. I love that the bottom of the dress flairs out. Fast delivery. Absolutely stunning.

Prices are better than local shops, but you get what you pay for. It is not bad quality and it will likely only be worn one time, so it is practical in that way. I don't really have any complaints, just that there was a difference in quality to the local shop dresses.

Do not waste your many. The dresses are of Shein quality. The reviews on the site are fake, I tried to write a review on their site and it was not published.
Terribly over priced for poor quality.

Shipping took longer than desired and the bouquet came squished. Other that that, it was a great experience.

I love the dress just as on site just need to take in shoulder straps that's nothing major will take it to get altered.
