I purchased the dress for my junior prom. I was a bit skeptical about ordering a dress online, but my expectations were very wrong. The dress is gorgeous in person, and absolutely stunning once you put it on. I loved my dress, and so did everyone who saw it. Amazing dress for an amazing price! Also, VERY quick shipping. I received my shipment two weeks before I was scheduled to. I will definitely be ordering my pageant and senior prom dress through this site, too.

The Quality of the dress I received was absolutely atrocious! I was soo upset that I spent over 200 dollars on this dress, and what I received was no where near the pictures or quality that I was expecting. When I contacted customer service for a refund and how to return the item; there was no help whatsoever from the customer service dept. They asked me to send them pictures first. I complied. Sent them multiple pictures of myself in the dress. Even circled on the pictures where the dress was not made properly. The bra side of the dress was overlapping, there was bulging fabric on the waist of the dress and the mermaid look I was hoping to achieve was soo long! So much excess fabric on the bottom that in 4.5 inch heels I still couldn't see a mermaid effect. Thereafter, customer service reviewed my pictures. They simply replied back, " sorry, the dress was made correctly. " I was appalled at the lack of customer service over this situation. I would encourage any and everyone to STAY AWAY from this Company. I spent over 200 dollars on this dress for a wedding, and I cant even wear it. I still had to run out and buy another dress for the wedding. I have pictures of this poor quality dress as well. Again save your money shop elsewhere; because if there is a problem with your dress they will not help at all.

I love my dress! It got here when it said it would and it fits great! Unbelievable for the price and super well made! If you're going to order a dress online for prom or a formal event I would suggest going and trying on dresses somewhere first to get your size right. I normally where a size 14 in American Eagle jeans (those are the only ones I wear idk if they are differently sized than other brands) but I had to go all the way up to a size 20! But anyways amazing dress! I love it! Absolute steal for the price compared to most prom dresses!

I was veery concerned after reading the reviews! It was too late! I had already ordered. However, my dress arrived ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I followed the measuring guide and typed in thee correct measurements, along with a note that I would not be wearing heels. The dress arrived by Standard shipping. I chose it even though expedited shipping was offered at a cheaper rate. It arrived in only eighteen days, The dress fits as though it was sewn on me! Awesome! I didn't even want to take it off! Gorgeous! Thank YOU!

Very lucky, I got a gorgeous dress, just as pictured! However, it was a little too lose for my liking. I ordered a size S and am 4'10" and weigh 113 pounds. It didn't look bad on me and would probably be great if I plan on eating a lot of food, but I just prefer it to be tighter around the stomach and chest area. The color is beautiful and I highly recommend it, and the dress is amazing quality for the price. Also, everything came very well packaged. Also this dress is very very long and you would have to get it hemmed if you're around my height.

Their "custom" sizing is nowhere near customized. The waist was too big, the quality was dirt cheap, and the dress itself was so poofy I felt like a clown. I unfortunately ordered without reading these reviews and the dress I received looks NOTHING like the picture. When I tried to upload a bad review, the site would not post it! It went for "consideration"! If that's not scamming people by filtering reviews, then I don't know what is! Please, PLEASE save your time, money, and heartache over your wedding dress and look elsewhere.

I reported them on econsumer.gov. I also tried to report them on BBB, but since the company itself is supposedly based in the UK, they refer you back to econsumer.gov. This should not go on! Report them and let's stop more people from wasting money!

I bought this dress before I saw these reviews. Never doing that again. Received the dress in a timely manner and tried it on that day. Unfortunately it didn't fit correctly in the hips so I followed their return policy protocol and send pictures of the dress bunching at my hips and not laying flat. We even had a professional seamstress look at it and she said there was no material to let out. I get an email from them saying we don't see the big problem so we suggest you keep it. WHAT?! What kind of customer service is that? No offer to exchange it for a bigger size, nothing! SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Order an A line prom dress in a navy blue - when it arrived it was anything but - it had an uneven hem, the tulle was different colours, the diamante trimmings were falling off the waistband was attached with a few tiny stitches and I could get my entire hand under it. They were not interested in my problems either to correct or refund merely saying the problems were not serious! NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE AWFUL!
