I ordered a wedding dress it came in 3 week and its beautiful no complaints at all worth every penny thank you so much.

After reading all reviews i was honestly so scared and frightened as to what my prom dress would turn out like i had paid $35 for rush delivery and was promised to recieve my dress a week before my prom as i had paid extra money but the company had not paid the shipping company which is why i recieved my dress a day before prom only because i had to pay extra after paying $117 for the dress $35 for delivery then money ontop because the comapny refused to pay for it. My dress turned out okay but looked completley different to the picture but wasn't too bad how i was expecting it to be.

I bought my dress after reading the great reviews on the website. Upon buying it I decided to check other people's reviews and honestly terrified myself thinking I was going to receive a horrendously misshapen piece of tat. I've been so stressed about it it's unreal! I recieved my dress this morning and it's wonderful! Pros - The fabric is nice, it looks like the picture and It's quite heavy in a really good way. Cons - There are a few threads here and there but what could I expect for such a price? It is a size too big but I'm more than happy to pay to have it altered. Overall I am very happy with the dress. Especially after reading such awful reviews. I understand that not everybody will have or will have had the same experience as I have but I felt it would only be fair to share my personal experience with them.

CHEAP AND NASTY; NOT WORTH THE RISK! The dress is poor quality and unflattering. It's nothing like the picture. If you compare photos from real customers, the inconsistency is clear. Hebeos' standards of quality is determined by whether or not it's the right colour and the condition it arrived in- fabric, cutting and comparison to the published image aren't considered. Forget about the 'guarantee' published online; website reviews and Facebook comments are moderated. Mesh/fabric is cheap and ragged. Built-in bra cups are also circular so the padding placement is incorrect. WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!

Amazing! I was very sceptical after reading bad reviews but dress is way beyond expectation, It took 3 weeks to arrive and I was kept updated throughout. I did have to go 2 sizes above my usual high street size but make sure you read the measurements page as completely different for normal shops.

I ordered a dress from this website for my prom. It arrived two weeks after I ordered it which had been predicted. When it did arrive, it looked very similar to the dress in which I ordered. However, in the image, there was a satin belt which was not included with the dress. This isn't a huge worry for me. I would recommend this website to others but I would make it clear to ensure that you take into consideration the sizing of where the dress is being shipped from.

I ordered my prom dress from Hebeos after reading all of the good reviews on their website- not knowing they were all 5* reviews. I decided to take a look on here, hearing about other people's experiences and honestly I was fearing for my life, thinking it was going to be rubbish and a waste of money. However, I was totally wrong and it was just as shown on their website.

The only thing that could have been improved is the way it was packaged and sent to us. It was in only a bag, in which then transferred a few black marks onto the dress. I was a bit disappointed on that but they soon sponged of wth a damp cloth. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of the dress and it fitted just as we ordered it.

I had a very good experience with Hebeos, they treated me with respect and if I ever had any ideas/doubts it was easy to contact them. They were very helpful and I would definitely recommend and I am even thinking about having a few more dresses done by them. My delivery of my dress was quick and efficient and I love the fact that I could track it. They put my dress as priority due to the fact that I am getting married. I tried it on and it was amazing and fitted perfectly. I am so happy I could cry, thank you so much for making it for it is perfect and I will treasure it forever. Oh and the best thing is that I did my dress custom size and they got in touch with a query and responded quickly. Thanks!

I bought my prom dress of this site and am very pleased with my dress. Yes I was very surprised to get a invoice from customs to say I had to pay a further $26. But it still made my prom dress only $148. My dress is too long and so is being take up by a friend. But this is my fault by not reading it through properly. I can't wait to wear my dress.

I have got to have it altered slightly but I think that's more down to me not measuring properly and my weight fluctuates a lot but I bought it for my sons wedding in Nov. And I just can't wait to wear it. Thank you Hebeos I absolutely love it and I'm just about to order another one.

I saw a dress at this site and it was exactly style what I wanted. I must admit to being slightly nervous when ordering from overseas but I needn't have worried as I was informed every step of the way and it was delivered within 3 weeks of my ordering it. When it arrived my daughter and I could not believe the quality of the dress, it was beautifully made. My daughter bought an outfit for a wedding previously from another company which had cost her nearly $600 and the quality of my dress was definately as good if not slightly better.

I had a good experience, I was wary after reading other reviews but noticed amongst the bad reviews there were some good ones. Also, I balanced my expectations against the amount that I paid. I would recommend if you want a flawless dress and want to be sure or exactly what you're buying then stick with high street stores as online purchase of clothes can be a risk.

However, my experience of Hebeos was better than I expected. Any postal cost was included in the amount I paid upfront. So there were no surprises. Hebeos kept in touch by email. They responded promptly to any of my queries and even questioned an incorrect measurement that I had submitted which meant that it could be corrected before the dress was made.

The dress arrived on time and it was exactly how it looked in the picture and the measurements are correct. I will need to do some alteration as I expected to bring it in in certain areas to perfect The fit but overall I am very happy. Thanks Hebeos!

I am glad to buy a dress at this website to my daughter. This dress is absolutely beautiful and my daughter feels like a princess! I asked that they make the back full so it is not open and they did, no problem! Also, it arrived 1 to 3 weeks before the estimated time! They were very easy to work with too.

I would give this more than a 5 stars If I could. We ordered a dress for my daughter for a pageant over a year ago at hebeos. Since then she has also wore it for prom, a military ball, a homecoming court pep rally and most recently for a few of her senior pics and it has held up beautifully through it all. We sent her measurements when ordering and fit like a glove right out of the box, no alterations needed. Great price, great quality and beautiful!

I am 5'9" and generally wear an XL in clothing. My measurements were between the 14 and 16. I opted for the 14 and am praying I'll lose a few inches on my side-underarm area before I need to wear this next month! I'm sure with help, it will zip. When in doubt, size up, especially if you're between sizes. I am on the taller side of 5'9" and the front *just* grazes the floor so I will have to wear flats (not complaining there haha). Otherwise the dress is gorgeous, beautiful details, very nice quality.
