This is the first time using Hebeos and I loved it. I was referred to this website by two other satisfied customers and so happy I ordered a dress. Prices are great.

Very satisfied with the dresses we have purchased. The sizing was just right and the dresses we got looked just like the pictures in the advertisement. Also there was no delay in shipment. I would definitely use them again!

- They believe the color and product was correct and I, the customer, am mistaken. They have not been able to show any proof of the color they sent me being correct. I provided clear photographic evidence of a completely different color dress and they are flat out denying it.
-I was told its too expensive to return and it will likely get lost. My ask for return location and forms were ignored. Even if Im willing to pay to return it, they wont give me the information to do so- denying me this when eligible is FRAUD.
- They falsely claim returns and exchanges are possible under certain criteria, but they lie. The only contact is an email, with no supervisors or phone number provided when asked.
- I am on about my ~20th email exchange, where I have been replied by a different person (5 different reps who dont talk to each other), telling me different things. One offered me 20 percent and to keep the dress, the next person says 10 percent and thats all they can do.

Do not buy from this company. They have a business model that is built on ripping off customers and are not set up to correct for their mistakes, customer unsatisfaction, returns and exchanges. They will only send an item and take your money. There are better quality items and better companies to buy from. This is the first review I have ever written but it is also the absolute worst online purchase experience I have ever had. I plan to file a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB.

Great experience with the hebeos website. The gowns are a lot prettier in person. Very satisfied with my purchase. The size was perfect. Just the length needed altered.

I was apprehensive about ordering dresses online, but they came quickly and are excellent quality- especially for the price. I will be ordering from Hebeos for all of my dress needs, because the dresses are perfect!

I have now purchased from Hebeos a few times and have been satisfied each time. Delivery is always on time and tracking information excellent. I have gotten used to the size chart... you need to measure tightly otherwise dress comes too large and then there is additional cost to alter. Last purchase dress fitted like a glove! Overall great experience with the site!

I was looking for a birthday dress and it is so hard to look for really cute ones in stores. Ive seen ads for Hebeos before and i decided to check them out. I was not disappointed. They had so many cute options and at such reasonable prices. I ended up ordering a two-piece dress and not only did it ship the next day but it came in just two weeks after placing it. The dress was a PERFECT fit and i fall more and more in love with it everyday. I cannot wait to wear it at my birthday party.

The dress I ordered for a wedding was even more beautiful in person. I was so happy with my purchase and I can't describe how beautiful my dress is! The picture didn't do it justice. I Highly recommend Hebeos!

The dress arrived quicker than the shipping dates suggested. It's very pretty. The periwinkle dress is really more of beige on the top. The photos online almost make it look whiter perhaps because of the lighting. But if you look at the other colors its fairly obvious the top half is more beige.

Excellent shipping time, easy to navigate website, and perfect fit as described on size chart. The dress was worth every penny, exactly the high quality youd expect for the price. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely love the dress I purchased! My event isnt for a few months but Im so excited to wear it. Its a 2 piece, the top fits perfect and the skirt is a tad big in the waist and longer than I thought. Thankfully my stepmom is a seemstress and can fix it easily for me. Overall, its a great dress. Id say the fit is true to size. I have already recommended Hebeos to a few friends, too. The website and ordering process is smooth and quick! THANK YOU!
