I was all out of black tie dress options a week before a charity gala, so I decided to amazon prime this gown based on the previous reviews. I honestly was expecting something poorly made and ill-fitting, but to my surprise it fit true to size and the quality was amazing -- the sequin and stitching was very well done. Thanks Hebeos!
My daughter and I ordered a prom dress... close to $200. I'm a single mom, so this is a lot of money! She gave exact sizing information. The dress came and the top was completely different than the picture; the bottom didn't fit. Within a few hours of receiving it we emailed the company. 6 emails later and no response from anyone! There is no "live" customer service as the site states, there's is no phone number and no one is responding to our $200 complete mess-up on their behalf. Not sure how I will afford another dress for her senior prom. This mom and daughter are very angry and this company needs to be reported!

First time ordering a dress online, didnt know what to expect and i was taking a risk because i needed it for my daughters fifteens on February 09th, 2018 and there is no words to express how happy i was with my dress! Such a beautiful dress. Its exactly how u see it in the picture, i got an amazing dress at a cheap price and with the look of an expensive one!

I ordered the dress style *******. The arrival time a few days previously said by the end of February. Two days later it said March 18. I asked the rep the reasoning for change and she said Chinese New Year. Another rep told me the February shipping time was a mistake and the arrival time was always March. He also said that posting the incorrect arrival time on one page was not a big mistake because you can see the final delivery time on the check out page. I guess this company's standards are so low that they think posting wildly inaccurate information one page is not a big deal. I currently ordered a dress and paid for rush shipping asking if the arrival time could be pushed up a few days. I was told no and I would be issued a full refund since it was within 24 hours. However 24 hours later, I have no confirmation that my order was cancelled and it is still marked as processing. This company has been slow to respond to my inquiries. They pride themselves as customer oriented on their Facebook page but as you can see from all these complaints, that is certainly not the case.

I ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses for my daughters which arrived 4 sizes smaller than what ordered. I emailed my complaint with measurements of what I received compared to expected measurements on their website. I was given the run around to send pictures (which I did) and was then emailed standard repetitive responses to re-send pictures, re-send measurements and have a tailor amend them. A tailor cannot amend small dresses. They refused to accept responsibility for their mistake and refused a return and refund. They are incompetent and the customer service is childlike and ridiculous. I am now stuck with dresses that cannot physically be worn and have to purchase new dresses elsewhere. I also had to pay hidden costs (import duties into the UK) on top of the shipping costs. Do not buy from this shoddy business. They do not abide by the consumer rights act 2015 for the online consumer. Also, the 5 star reviews are not genuine. Two reviewers (Abi G and Marie M) for the same dress with pics using different girls have the exact same bedroom background!

I ordered two dresses custom made for a bridesmaid dress. I wanted to see which one I liked better. When I received both dresses, they were not as pictured online and they were both damaged. One was extremely wrinkled because the stitching was sewn wrong. I could not wear it, it was embarrassing. The other one had incomplete stitching and the shoulder seams were ripped. I have contacted them and they say that it's the measurements I asked for. However, they don't say anything about them being damaged. They think they are correct and I, the customer, am mistaken. I provided clear photographic evidence of the damaged/defective dresses. They are flat out denying it.
-I was told its too expensive to return and it will likely get lost. Even if Im willing to pay to return it, they wont give me the information to do so- denying me this when eligible is FRAUD.
- They falsely claim returns and exchanges are possible under certain criteria ( I fall under the eligible criteria), but they lie. The only contact is an email, with no supervisors or phone number provided when asked.
- I am on about my ~20th email exchange, where I have been replied by a different person (5 different reps who dont talk to each other), telling me different things. One offered me 20 percent and to keep the dress, the next person says 10 percent and thats all they can do.
Do not buy from this company. They have a business model that is built on ripping off customers and are not set up to correct for their mistakes, customer satisfaction, returns or exchanges. They will only send an item and take your money. There are better quality items and better companies to buy from. This is the absolute worst online purchase experience I have ever had. I plan to file a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB.

I did not have a pleasant experience with this company. I have a gala coming up and I came across their website. I was excited because their dresses were so unique in comparison to what you would find at the mall for example. So I ordered the dress, shipping was pretty quick and I was pleased. However, when I tried on the dress the quality wasn't that great but I could live with that. My biggest issue was the size. I go to formal events all the time so I know my size in dresses very well. I even ordered a size larger to ensure that the dress would fit and I would tailor if needed. This dress was 3 sizes too small. It fit more like a 10 than a 16 so there was no way tailoring would be possible. I reached out to let them know the situation. They requested pictures and my measurements only to tell me that I would not be able to get a refund on the dress because my measurements were not correct. My measurements were actually more in line with sizes 12/14. So you would think that for a size 16 I would be good to go. Sadly, that was not the case. They were not willing to give me a refund. This sucks because I am not the richest person in the world and I am out $200 and still have to search for a new dress! I cannot express my frustrations enough. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We are a made-to-order company, which does include color and size of the dress. According to our return policy, we can't accept return in this situation. Again, I’m so sorry that you’re disappointed with how the dress fits you.
We ordered the custom size and it fits her perfectly. No shoes on in the picture. It came folded in a bag so its wrinkled. I will buy a steamer to fix that. It took 2 or 3 weeks for delivery. We are happy with the quality of the material. There is a lining and netting to make it puffy. The sewing quality if very good. It even has a built in bra.

I ordered a custom made dress and provided the size measurements as directed. The dress as made is not even close to the measurements I provided. The back is at least 3 inches short from zipping up. Sequins falling off like crazy. Sleeve opening supposed to be 20 inches, they are only 15 inches. The dress length drags the floor by 3 inches! The dress cannot be altered. I have been offered a 15% refund, then a 20% refund for a dress that I will never be able to wear. The entire problem is the fact that the dress was not made to the specifications given to Hebeos! N Not even close!

We have checked the dress size through our quality inspection departments, it is the same size as you provide. Bust. 37 1/2, Waist 32 1/2, Hips. 40, Upper arms 12”.
In non-professional measurement is likely to cause errors. Again, I’m so sorry that you’re disappointed with how the dress fits you. However, the dress was made to the measurements you provided in your order. We will happily cover up to 20% of the price in alteration costs.

An absolutely nice dress. My husband even said "wow!". I usually wear a US size 12 so I ordered up 2 sizes to a 16. I do think a 14 would have been perfect as the 16 is just a bit large in the bodice length... but I would rather error on the side of I can take it in---not let it out. Length was long and needs to be hemmed but all good gowns are ALWAYS that way. (Which I appreciate) I bought this dress in Navy which is a deep-rich-midnight navy color. The gold trim is an antique gold color-not a fake bright metallic color. It is beautiful and hangs perfectly from the waist. I highly recommend this dress.

I bought a dress from this site and it was very uncomfortable to wear and asked to return it and they have done nothing but to give me the run around. The dress had a flaw in the front of it and so they asked me to send pic and they said they saw nothing wrong with the dress and here is there response to all my emails. So I am stuck with the dress that I am NOT going to wear to my daughters wedding.

So these are the responses that I am getting from these people and they still won't respond on taking the dress back. DO NOT buy from this site unless you plan on getting the dress and if for some reason you don't like it you are stuck with it!
The measurements were not exact but my dress is still BEAUTIFUL! And feels amazing! I just have to get minor alterations on the breast part but I LOVE this dress!
