It was for my granddaughter. It was for a princess ball at school with her dad. It was absolutely gorgeous. The quality was fantastic. She truly felt like a princess. I have been recommending this website to many people.

Simply loving the dress I ordered. Its simple and elegant. Because I'm fun size, had to custom order the dress so it fits me better. Although in the end had to remove another inch because it was too long. Other than that, perfect! Thanks Hebeos!

Dress is awesome I love it! So much prettier than picture. It's a must buy! Don't be afraid of buying from hebeos they were very fast in shipping and response time was fast! Note thick curvy girls go one size up or custom size to properly fit your shape.

So I was pretty impressed with the shipping time. I got it in about 2 weeks. When I first got it the dress came in a bag so it was stuffed in there pretty tight. So of course it was pretty wrinkly when I got it out. Which is fine since I would have to get it dry cleaned and tailored anyways. Anyways I put the dress on and realized its missing a bunch of layers/ruffles that the dress is supposed to have. And I went with a dress where several girls had posted reviews and pictures. So I contacted them and they said each dress is handmade so the stitching is different... okay to the point where its missing parts of the dress even though all the other girls got the exact same dress they ordered? After looking at the pictures again I realized the top had a completely different pattern as well! This wasnt the dress I had fell in love with! I tried contacting them again and still no response. They take days to respond and each time its someone different. Hopefully I can get this resolved. I would love to have the right dress I had initially ordered sent to me if we can get this sorted out.

UPDATE: I just went onto their website again and OMG they took my picture I sent them and made a fake review under someone elses name using my picture! Is this even legal?!

My dress is absolutely stunning! It was just like the picture that I saw when ordering it. Your customer service department and the ordering was super easy. Your staff is outgoing, helpful, and very friendly. I will be ordering from here again!

Do not do business with this company. I had ordered a dress and when it came it was completely see through and the cut in the dress was from the belly button down. The dress could not be worn by anyone and I tried to send it back. I had made no modifications to the dress when ordered. When I asked to return the dress they offered me a 10$ refund for a 200$ something dress. The customer service is horrible and has been extremely unprofessional. Save your money and do not shop from this site!

Beware! Their website is beautifully done but the end result you receive is far from what you see on the website. Our dress (that my 11year old daughter was extremely excited about) arrived with a foul fishy odor and multiple sewing flaws which were unsightly. Customer service was not helpful. No response for days and then offered a $6 refund. Absolutely horrid customer service and you will be sorry if you order from them. Buyer beware,

I ordered a dress from the website indicated for the color to be specifically as shown on the picture 4 days after the payment was made they notified me that the color I had selected was unavailable they sent new pictures of the dress in a different color for me to review I approved the new color when I received the package in the mail I was extremely satisfied with the poor quality in the material this I contacted customer service they informed me that the best they could do was to reimburse me for 10 percent of what I paid honestly I would not pay anything for that dress I know find myself with no dress for my event that will take place in 3 weeks as well as less money on my account save yourself the trouble and waste of time

I was hesitant to order a prom dress on line. It arrived quickly. It was exactly as shown in the picture. We used the sizing chart. It fits my daughter beautifully. I would definitely order from Hebeos again!

Dress was very beautiful. Dress was as shown on website. Arrived in good condition. Shipping was extremely fast to Los Angeles. Dress fit like a glove. Thank you for the excellent service.

I have never ordered from this particular site before, but I have ordered from sites just like this one. I am extremely disappointed in the way things went. The dress that I was sent was far away from the color that I seen in the picture that was posted on their site, and the dress was not as elegant looking as it appeared to be in the picture either. When I contacted Hebeos to attempt to return the dress and get a full refund, they gave me the run around. They offered me a refund of 5% and then 10% which would come out to no where near what I paid for the dress. I pointed out to the site that their policy states that if you receive a dress that is not the same color as your ordered, you are entitled to a full refund. I was told that the dress that I received was the same color that was posted on their site, but that their picture was taken in a different light and that I was not entitled to a refund nor could I return the dress. They have ruined by daughters prom experience. If the product that you deliver does not match what you are advertising, you should be willing to work with your customer and make things right. I will never order from them again!

When I was sent the swatch, I was sent two different choices. I chose the color that I believed would be the best match to the color of the dress listed on your website. Once I got the dress it turned out to be so very far off of that it was almost like looking at another dress. The color is not my only problem with the dress. The dress is bulky. The dress on your website is a lot better looking. I have also seen that dress on other websites, so it appears that you only have that dress there to fool people and your people attempt to make dresses that people order, hoping that they will look like what is ordered! Well you did not do a good job in this case. I have dealt with your company enough during this last week to know that you will continue to make excuses in attempt to justify you not refunding me my money. I should have looked at reviews before ordering from your company because at the looks at 35 other reviews on this site this exact same thing has happened to most of those people. So it is highly unlikely that I am making the things up that I am saying about the dress you sent me. You have ruined my daughters prom experience, and I will not stop until everyone knows what type of company you are and how you do business. For every two dresses that you make right there is one that you did not make right, those are the people that you should be concerned with, but instead it's all about the money with you guys and that is obvious. Shame on your for ripping hard working people off! I

I purchased a dress from this company for my daughter. I had her try on the dress and it was a complete disaster. The dress looked totally different from the one we received. The under-layer was too tight but the whole dress seemed to be huge on her. I think this company resides in a different country, there were a bunch of stamps from Malaysia on the envelope. We tried returning this dress several times asking for the return address, they refused to provide it.If you order from this company be aware that you will not be getting your money back... ever!

I had absolutely no issue ordering on Hebeos. Lowest Price! And even better that they don't charge taxes or shipping. I don't regret purchasing my beautiful prom dress. It fit perfectly. I would definitely order again
