I received a dress I ordered for my granddaughter's school prom--worst mistake I ever made was to trust this company. The dress has sewing defects and I sent them pictures as they requested. After many days of going back and forth with e-mail messages, they kept offering me different refunds (5%, then 10%, then 15%, then 20% and finally 25%). I fully expected to get a Return Order Form and a full 100% refund as the dress can't be worn the way it is. Now, they won't answer my e-mail messages anymore and I had previously been corresponding with 3 different company employees (Alice, Anna, and Andrew). I believe this company is a scam and I intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau and our Attorney General. I wish I didn't have to do this considering my husband was born in the UK and we have many friends and family living there, but I will NEVER do business with a company in the UK again!
As a business your customers service should not deteriorate because of busyness.
I have asked for a refund and your Customer service representative told me to wait a little longer!

I ordered a dress for my niece, who is getting married in 2 weeks, when I ordered it the delivery date was no later then March 16. I reached out and Anne, a company representative told me that the dress wasnt ready and she had no clue what I was talking about. After much back and fourth she promised the dress would be shipped immediately, which it didnt happened. They no longer answer my emails. I am extremely disappointed that anyone could be so dishonest and heartless. The bride has no money for her dress and I was helping.

I am very happy with this sight. Their dresses are gorgeous for the price. My daughter's dress fit her perfectly. May be a bit long but nothing a pair of heels won't solve. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

I have consistently tried to get a RETURN AUTHORIZATION for an unwearable dress. Sent 4 pictures, said I understood a restocking charge would be in order, was polite. Only to be told EXACTLY THE SAME THING: 5% credit on my order, get a tailor and spend several hundred to make dress wearable, which my tailor says she could make an entire new dress cheaper than trying to resurrect the Hebeos one. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE. ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE.

I ordered my daughters prom dress from this so called company. The sleeves to the dress are WAY to small, the color is totally wrong, the materiel is very shoty, just very poor, cheap made dress.
I have been emailing the company, per there policy on returns, and first 5 emails back from them, is a stupid automated email sent, asking for pics, well its been almost 3 wks and i have been back and forth atleast a dozen times, sent the pics at least 12 times and STILL NO RETURN SLIP has been sent to me.
I think this is a scam and /or very bad business ethics. I have to now come up with the money for another dress before prom in a couple weeks and i guess eat the 180.00 i paid for a piece of crap dress.
Dont order from this company. ITS A SCAM.

I ordered my senior prom dress from this site. I never ordered a dress online before, so I was very nervous. I ended up ordering dress # PON1506EV706 on February 9th, 2018. It arrived today, March 12th, 2018. It. Is. Beautiful! I feel like ordering dresses online are hit and miss for all websites though. Customer service was great, although it took a few days for them to reply sometimes. Understandable. Prom is coming up and they are probably busy. I got my dress in approximately a month and I am so excited to surprise my boyfriend with it! Also, it was very easy to track, too. Will definitely be ordering again, THANKS HEBEOS FOR THE GREAT QUALITY AND CHEAP PRICES!

We have been scammed by this company. I am filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and our State Attorney General. First of all the quality of their product is unacceptable. We followed their instructions for product returns. After 2 weeks of playing games with them they informed us that they do not take returns. Caution! This is not a legitimate business! I have a feeling that these reviews are fake.

My dress arrived in the mail and I immediately thought the package was very heavy. The dress is much heavier than the flowy one showed on line. Also, the beading around the waist is much more than anticipated and it is more I would ever wear. The dress is made fine, but it is not my style. I would just like to return it. I understand that is was handmade, but I did not request any special size, it was just a size that was available. I just would like to return it, it is has been tried on once and can be resold.
3/11/2018 I have corresponded back and forth with the company 10 different times, sending multiple pictures of what I did find wrong with the dress. The lace is not the same as shown in the photo on there website and there is a burn hole in the lace from whatever they used to cut the material. I have received 2 emails stating they are sending a dress! What, I don't want the one I have, I just want to return the damn thing! The lack of communication on there behalf is very disappointing.
3/13/18 After sending pictures of the the dependencies of my dress, they told me they would not return it. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. And they only post positive reviews on their site.

I received my daughter's dress today and I just have to say that besides arriving way earlier than expected, it is STUNNING and fits her perfectly! The size chart given is 100% accurate and the material and beading are high quality. I would recommend to anyone!

My daughter ordered a dress that ended up being a lot more pink than the picture showed. She followed instructions from the not so great return policy steps to initiate contact, which can only be done by submitting a form online or emailing. She has not heard back in 7 days. I did the same for her, given that she is a Minor, today and still not response to chat or message sent

After much debating with customer service. They satisfied us and gave us a full refund. I am very much pleased with these results. Color swatch online did not match color of dress we received. Dress was poor quality. BIG waste of money! Customer service is terrible and would not give refund(did offer 5% which would not even cover shipping) Do not order from this company! Lesson learned.
