Beware. There is a size chart to follow. But when you get to check out it asks your measurements. This was confusing to me. Why isn't the size enough. Well, as it turns out the measurements (though length is not among them) sets them up to say the dress was custom made and not returnable. We ordered 3 dresses with the intention of returning those that didn't work. The dresses were not like they are pictured. The rhinestones that look small in the picture are twice the size on the dress and look cheap and more for stage. The return policy is vague and doesn't spell out that you are ordering a custom made dress. When you go online to return it, the person will ask you to send pictures and then decide if you can return it. These come from China and will take 3 weeks to get to you. They will send you emails saying they are making the item (confusing since the website doesn't say they are made to order). If you simply don't like it you will own it. Hebeos is not worth the bargain.

I took the chance based on a lot of good reviews and ordered a dress from the site. Let me tell you, unless you want to waste your money and deal with rude, smart $#*! customer service do not buy from here. The dress was shipped in a UPS bag which was ripped as well as the bottom portion of the dress was also ripped with it. I thought maybe I could make it work and tried it on and it was the ugliest dress I have ever seen, with extremely poor craftsmanship. I went back to do the return the very day I got it and informed customer service, per their policy, of the issue and that I would like to return it. The email I got back was shocking. They simply replied, sorry, not our fault. I was appalled! Not their fault? Who packages formal gowns in a flimsy bag? NEVER AGAIN!

Ordering any type of clothes online is risky, and ordering a Wedding Dress online is even more risky, but I am SO GLAD I DID. The dress was exactly as pictured, decent material, and the measurements I provided were almost correctly used. I'm a plus size woman (any where from 14-18 depending on the brand) but I'm also extremely petite (5'1"). The only issue on the dress is that it is still approximately 6 inches or so too long, even after giving those measurements as well, but that's something I'm used to and still expected. The other measurements were perfect and it fits so well! I also received the dress the exact date they gave me when ordered. I definitely wanted to leave a positive review in case it helps someone else out because I was so hesitant and anxious but was so happy about the outcome, and people rarely take the time to leave good reviews!

I read the great reviews about the custom ordering option and decided to go for it. My daughter was having a terrible time finding a true size in the dress shops. She is typically a size 7 and had to go up to a size 14 on one dress.The dress came in just a couple of weeks. The picture doesn't do it justice. This dress is gorgeous!

Absolutely beautiful. Color, quality of material, everything. It looked exactly like the picture. And was customized to my size with no extra charge! It was absolutely perfect for my prom night!

I bought a dress online that looked light lavender, looked stretchy, and I sized myself many times to make sure I had the correct measurements. When the dress came in, it was WHITE in every lighting, it was insanely tight around my butt to the point that I'm not even sure ANY living breathing person would be able to fit into it. The dress was rough and the material is NOT what it seemed to be on the picture. When I voiced my complain to ask to return, all I got was that the dresses are hand sewed and they can't help it if the dress looks different than on the website. WHAT!?!?! The dress should not look that different! I emailed them twice and they just stopped responding. I paid $100 for the dress plus $20 for fast shipping (before march 20th), it only came TWO days before march 20th. Complete rip off. I had to use my own money to pay for the dress, and I strictly did not want to have a white dress for prom. If I would've known, I would've selected a different color. NOT ONLY THAT! But the return policy states if the color is not what you ordered, you can return it. I DID NOT ORDER THAT COLOR.

I love this dress! Fits perfectly and looks amazing! So it saved me some alterations fees lol. The quality of the fabric is good.
