I was promised my dress by 3/27/2018 but still have yet to receive a tracking number or response from this GREAT company. I believe I have been scammed and it makes me sick! What a bunch of losers... to take others hard earnes money! Now I'm out the money and still have to buy a dress for a wedding! Thanks for a whole lot of nothing scammers! The only thing that was successful in this process is that it wasted a lot of my time!

They haven't sent me anything other than the first three emails promising my order is going to arrive on time. MY ORDER IS DUE TOMORROW AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER. This is very frustrating because i sent several emails stressing the importance of my order and also i used a rush order. Many others have the same problem with hebeos as i do. They are so fraud that the only way to get in contact with them is through an email that they DO NOT RESPOND TO. DO NOT SHOP AT HEBEOS! I will change my review if my order comes tomorrow but as for now i will not be returning to this website for anything ever again

The dress took about two weeks to arrive. The train is extremely long and will need to be tailored but other than that, it was absolutely gorgeous. It looked just like the picture

This dress is beautiful! The fit is exact. I sent my daughter's measurements and the dress is perfect. It looks just like the picture with the exception of an alteration I requested. We are very happy with the dress and appreciative of hebeos. I was concerned about the dress arriving in time for our event, especially since I needed it to be customized but it came way ahead of schedule. No issues or problems. We are completely satisfied.

I've ordered from this site couple of weeks ago and I was very disappointed. Gave them my custom size, the dress came too short and poor quality too. I've tried to contact them and didn't receive any reply whatsoever. The dress doesn't look like on the picture at all. More likely they saw this dress elsewhere and tried to copy what they saw. Anyway I've decided to put honest review on their website describing my experience (all polite and accurate! I even said good things about them) and what they've done? They changed my review and deleted the bad things and published only what they wanted? Make yourself a favour and do not trust the good reviews. Its all one big fat lie.

This gown was gorgeous. The size was true. All the guest that attended my celebration loved the dress. The service was on time and customer service keep you updated. This site worked for me and I hope it work for those that order from this site.

This is the second time I've ordered this dress. When the first dress arrived, the sleeves were so tight that I couldn't even fit my arms in them to try on the dress, so I placed a second order. This time, I included a note indicating the problem with the first dress and included my arm measurements for the sleeves. The second dress just arrived. The sleeves are far narrower than the measurements I sent. Once again, I cannot even try on the dress because my arms don't fit in the sleeves. How will you fix them?

I loved this dress the moment I saw it. The fabric is very flowy but it is long. Im 53 1/2 and with boots on it still ran along the floor. The pockets were deep enough I was able to keep my phone inside without it being visible. The halter type top didnt quite fit me across the back so I improvised and added ribbon and changed it into a lace up back which worked perfectly. Overall amazing dress especially for the price. Pretty quick delivery and the dress is made really well despite my initial doubts.

I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased from Hebeos. I ordered & received a dress for my daughter's prom. It simply isn't made the same way as pictured. Site shows a shiny, large patterned lace bodice with the pattern strategically placed over the netting. We received a flat, medium print lace bodice that doesn't cover enough of the netting possibly making it an unacceptable based on school policy. The transition from bodice to skirt is bulky & doesn't lay flat as shown on site. Two emails later and they are just simply asking me to be "understanding." Just know that if you buy from this site assume it is a final sale with no returns allowed regardless of what the site says. Also, if you haven't figured it out yet, they sell knock-offs. The images you see have are either pulled from people posting on social media site of dresses they bought elsewhere, some are from magazines or professional dress stores or possibly a few satisfied customers. Reply to Hebeos: If you were going to accept the return of the dress you would have sent me the form & return address by now. Don't try to look like you really want to resolve this quickly. I sent you pictures that justify my position.
