BUYER BEWARE! There is no contact phone number so all responses are handled through email. The dress I ordered has subpar workmanship and I want a return. I contacted Hebeos within 36 hours of receiving the dress stating I wanted to return it.
I was then told to send them pictures of the dress and why I wanted to return it. I should not have to send pictures to return something I DO NOT WANT! I did end up sending pics and was told to find a tailor and would receive a 5% discount. WHAT! Are you serious?! I do not have time for this ridiculousness. Also be advised they take your money immediately instead of waiting until they ship your item. I told them I had no interest in finding a tailor and again I stated I wanted a return form sent to me. They responded by telling me the dress is beautiful as a whole and would I just keep it and forget about the subtle errors of the dress. Yep! They told me to forget about the subpar workmanship and just keep it, since to them it is still great as a whole! If I was still unsatisfied they would offer me a 10% discount and a discount code for a future order. LAUGH, SPUTTER, CHOKE! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! HECK TO THE NO! I would never ever order anything from this company. Sure, if you like the dress, it's all good. But if you don't and want a refund the joke's on you! I want a return form NOW! STAY FAR AWAY AND DO NOT BUY FROM HEBEOS

I ordered a burgandy dress for my daughter, very little communication with the company I had to check my bank account to make sure the order had been processed. Could not login to their online site. There is no contact information or phone numbers ALL RED FLAGS! It wasn't until I started sending multiple emails about my concerns over shipping in time for the event that the dress was finally sent. The dress came in RED wrong color, the dress needs EXTENSIVE length alterations, the beading was sub par and it looks like they rushed to get my order out the door.

I would not recommend buying from this site at all. The pictures of dresses are beautiful but what you get is not the same. I ordered a bridesmaid dress from this site and it took much longer than the expected delivery date. When it arrived the detailing was not precise. The bottom of the skirt was completely different that what was pictured. I am positive they did not even give it a final look over. I still had safety pins in the dress to hold up portions of the dress that weren't finished with the correct attachmentment. I've been trying to get in contact with a rep and no one seems to be answering or i get a generic email response that has nothing to do with what I asked originally. Don't Waste your time it is a scam! Paying money for a horrible job. And return policy is a joke

I sent multiple emails last night within my 24 hour time constraint (as stated on Hebeos' customer service page on their website) to cancel my order and receive a full refund.

Even after sending over a dozen emails, I have still received NO replies. There is no phone number to call. When I used the online chat on their website and asked if there was a phone number to call, they replied with "There is no agent available to call" then disabled my ability to chat. Also, the emails they send to confirm payment have no contact information attached at the bottom.

Please do not waste your time and money with this SCAM website. I wish I had read these reviews before I made my purchase. Safe to say, I have learned my lesson.

Also, for other who have been scammed, don't forget to contact your bank to see if you can get your money back, FILE A CLAIM with your bank, and REPORT Hebeos to the FTC.

Im very pleased with my dress! It came out perfect, was always scared to order online, but I highly recommend this place. They did a really good job, cant wait to wear this for my senior prom

I ordered a dress from this site and paid extra have rush shipping which stated that if I paid for rush order I would get the dress before march 28th. It is march 29th my dress has not even been sent out yet it is still "under tailoring" I have emailed and used their chat service with no response my prom is march 31st and I could not even get a reply.

Absolutely FIVE Stars! Speedy delivery, perfect fit, & so very Gorgeous! It was my first time doing so, and although what I saw online was worth the risk (what appeared to be a beautiful, plus-sized homecoming dress for my 16 year-old daughter), I had a plan "b" in place just in case. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised to receive the dress packaged with care, perfectly intact and as beautiful in person as what I saw online. Thank you Hebeos!

I absolutely LOVED this gown! I was having so much trouble finding a nice dress for my engagement party. It arrived one day before my event) and was PERFECT on me! I'm 5'6. And the size 4 fit me like a glove! Everyone complimented it and I felt like a princess in it! With about 2.5 inch heels, it was still about an inch too long but nothing I couldn't walk in. I highly recommend this gown and FYI it's like 1,000 times prettier in person than it is online.

The dress is really cute and looks almost exactly like the picture. Has a weird smell to it thoo and was a little big but I had my mom size me so she probably gave the wrong sizes. 8/10
