The dress is beautiful! The fit is exact. I sent my daughter's measurements and the dress is perfect. It looks just like the picture with the exception of an alteration I requested. We are very happy with the dress and appreciative of such a great seller. I was concerned about the dress arriving in time for our event, especially since I needed it to be customized but it came way ahead of schedule. No issues or problems. We are completely satisfied. Would definitely buy another dress from Hebeos again.
I ordered my dress on March 17th and they said it will come Before April 2 and I email them Saturday they email me Sunday morning saying its not shipped yet they so scammers and liers and they saying not to worry how my senior prom is April 13th next Friday I highly recommend not to order nothing off this site
I ordered a dress on March 2 and paid $9.99 extra so I can receive my order before March 25. Until now I have not received my order. I wrote the merchant to request a refund of the express shipping fee. They told me when I receive my order they will refund the $9.99. They state the order was mailed to me, I didn't get anything. Now I am requesting a full refund of my money. I should have known better not to order from Chinese own companies. I need my money or my dress!

Bought two dresses with the same measurements. The dresses are proportionally off. One too tight in areas and other too loose in certain areas. Contacted Customer Service. They asked me to send pictures which I did. They offered $24 to fix. These dresses looked so bad that $24 could not fix one. They stopped responding after I refused the $24. Don't make the same mistake I did.

This dress is so beautiful in person. It fit me like a glove. It's usually hard for me to find dresses because I'm so tall (6') but it's perfect!

My daughter fell in love with this dress. I was reluctant to order online as she can be difficult to fit (return policy is 7 days). The dress was delivered quickly, looked exactly as pictured (maybe prettier) and fit her beautifully (size 12, her usual size). The straps are a bit too long and bottom will need hemming, but this is true with most dresses of this nature. Alterations will add to cost, but will not be excessive as with some others she tried on at prom shops we visited. Very happy!

I thought this dress might be too tight for this plus sized gal (20-22) but is so comfortable that I could live in it. The stretch is generous over a range of sizes. I also figured that I'd need to get Spandex up to wear it out, but my husband loved it as is.

I ordered a prom dress from hebeos on the 12th of March and payed extra for it to be delivered before the 28th totaling over $200. Now my prom is in less then a week and I have no dress so had to buy a cheap back up dress in case this dress never arrives. They sent no confirmation email or anything but the money was obviously still taken off my paypal account. It still says that it is under tailoring when it should have gotten here a few days ago. Also there is no phone number on their website to call and all other ways to get ahold of them are very slow. I have a feeling this is a scam because all the other reviews I see are 1 star except from some people who gave it 5 but I feel like those are fake reviews.

What we received looks absolutely nothing like the picture. The color is off and the quality is cheap. Customer service is awful. Email is the only way to make contact & it takes days to receive a response. The dress is horrendous & I can not get a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I wish I had read reviews before ordering, lesson learned
