I ordered my daughters graduation dress on 2/20/18 and just received it today 4/3/18. While I didnt want to chance ordering her prom dress because I figured they would be super busy this time a year, I was willing to order the graduation dress since it wasnt needed right away.
I am pleasantly surprised how nice the dress is. It is exactly how the it was pictured and its well made. The fabrics are not cheap and the workmanship is really good.
I ordered a dress in Feb to be delivered no later than 3/21/2018 I paid for rush shipping to be sure I received it well before this date and the dress came 3 days later and event was passed. I tried returning the dress because it hasn't even been worn and my event was ruined. I never could get a live person, only short emails saying They can not refund my money. This is Fraud and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I recently found hebeos and I looked on the site and found the most beautiful dresses. My upcoming prom is on April 14 and its is now April 3 and I still have no dress. I also ordered accessories with my dress. My grandmother paid over 200 dollars for this order, and I still havent received a thing. There isnt a phone number to contact anyone, and the live chat is usually if not always unavailable. This is supposed to be a memorable moment of my life, but instead Im left with no dress and a prom ticket that Ive already paid for. I warn everyone away from this site, its a scam, and the people that created this site are ruthless and cold. I dont think its that difficult to tailor the dress and send it out. Communicaton is very vital to the delivery process and hebeos has provided my grandmother and I with just the opposite. Its very illegal to take out money and give nothing in return. Im sure God will forgive you though knowing that I now have no money to purchase another dress and therefore am left out in the activities. I gave enough time to make the dress and ship it threefold now. I would appreciate it if I received my dress. Thats all I want, to get what my grandmother paid for. If not youll surely reap consequences.

Made an order on 3/20 paid extra for a faster delivery for 4/4... was sent an email saying that the dress will not be here by the 4th they need more time! Really it sounds like you need to just send me my money back and keep your dress... Another email saying please just wait you will get it. Lol no thanks I'll dispute it with my bank but why should we have to go through the hassle of bs? Just do what your suppose to do and give us what we paid for! "I'm super pissed" I rate them a -10
I ordered dresses for my upcoming wedding. My daughters dresses are beautiful and very well sewn but my dress isn't exactly what I ordered and it has a lot of loose threads. Besides the few alterations that has to be down, its a beautiful gown! Oh, my dresses were supposed to be delivered in the middle of March but wasn't sent until yesterday. Their tailoring time is 8-12 days but mine was like a month and a half. They need phone numbers for customer service to be reached. I think its unfair that they've taken our money for an order and we can't talk to a human being to check the status on our orders. But besides all that I'm satisfied!
They sent us a dress that looks nothing like what we bought. That company will do everything in their power to never let you return anything. Any Great reviews are fake! Do not order from this company. I will be contacting PayPal and my credit card company and filing a dispute. I will pay to ship the dress back - I just want my money back!

At first I was slightly skeptical of Hebeos because they had such a vast variety of dresses to choose from. It seemed like it must be another scam site. However, my friend had ordered from here previously and been satisfied with her order so I decided to give it a shot. My dress came in on the exact day that they estimated and it fit wonderfully. It was just as the picture had shown and great quality.
My daughter dress was ordered on March 11th for her prom and I paid the extra fee for guaranteed shipping by March 27th. Needless to say that never happened, although I received an email on 3. 20. 18 stating that the dress was nearly finished with tailoring and I can expect it by 3. 27. 18. On the 3. 28. 18 I emailed because nothing arrived, and after 10 additional emails and another promise that I would receive it before 4. 7. 18 (event date) still nothing, so I asked several times in the last couple weeks and was assured only for them to tell me tonight (5 days) before the event that it won't be ready and my order has been cancelled. No apologies, no concern, no remorse, no cares what so ever. How am I suppose to find my daughter's dream dress now within 5 days? The many lies and lack of concern is truly disheartening as this is our children first big day of many. Please beware...

This dress is so beautiful.The dress fits nicely but the top was a little too big. Im not really surprised because I didnt send in my measurements, so definitely send in your measurements so it can fit perfectly. Also, the top is a beige color with sliver rhinestones, not completely sliver. Overall, I plan to wear this to my prom and I would recommend buying this dress.
