I was within the time limit and messaged asking for a return label because I did not like the fit of my dress. It was not custom and should have been an easy return. Products were fine. After creating many hoops to jump through, I was not able to return my order. Will not be using this service again.

I bought a dress it was the wrong size return it right away and never got a refund. They give me this website in the US to return it and they refused to refund me you're going to go through hell if you try to return they make it so difficult to return an item that you'll finally give up. This is how they rob their customer.

Terrible Return policy- will never buy from this company again.

Avoid them at all times as their size guide is far from accurate and they offer free returns!
Terrible customer service, I ordered dress from them in the size that should fit me but it was 8cm smaller in the hips and they refunded only 50%. Horrible people!

I have ordered from Hebeos before, this time my card info got stolen. I know it was from this site because I used a debit card I almost never use and it was the only charge on it for that month besides one Starbucks order. My bank ended up alerting me that someone tried to charge almost $400 to Walmart.com using my debit card information, but they blocked it. Thankful that they caught it! Be careful what card you use for this site-- the dresses are great but I am glad I took precautions to use a card that is very limited in purchasing power because of what happened.

I paid to have my dresses expedited and for a delivery of 10/25. It is 10/30 and no dresses!
Had to order dresses from another site. Very unprofessional!

The dress is falling apart in the front. It's too big! I was supposed to receive the dress on October 13. I received it on October 24. Not sure if I'll be able to get it altered before this weekend's wedding. Such a disappointment!

We received the order before expected. The dress is well made and has a beautiful color. The alterations are not quite what we expected. The bodice is too big and hem is too short. I'm not sure what happened but I don't recommend custom sizing.

The dress is perfect, but I placed a size larger on my order and yet the dress arrived in my size, I think they should pay more attention to the sizes, without it and I fit well

The shipping on the order was pretty true to what the site stated. If you are needing it quicker, there's an option. The dress came packaged inside out which I appreciated.
