Easy process ordering the dress and I received it in time for the event.

The description was accurate and the quality was very good. It was also delivered very timely. For the price the quality was very good.

We ordered two dresses we are will be sending one of them back. How the return process will work out well. Otherwise, both dresses we ordered are great. We just chose the one we prefer.

I sent an email the day after I received it asking for a return because the bust size was much too small than they show. They will not accept a return. This is their offer- "We can offer you a one-time-use coupon valued 70% off the old item's price or any other purchase on our website without returning the old item." I do not want this dress or any other from them. Now I have to sell it for less than what I paid on social media. "Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us." …NOT TRUE!

Read all the return policy information and contact you bank about the purchase because the service email are very little help!

Dress turned out beautiful. Exactly what was wanted and fast shipping too.

I honestly love how affordable the dresses and everything is. It's great for people on a budget.

I ordered a dress, not only it did not arrive but they did not even refund the money! They are a total fraud. Do not ever do the same mistake!

Hebeos return policy says that if you get the wrong color dress it will be fully refunded. Not true. After going back and forth with them I received a refund of $42 for a dress that I paid $169 for. The customer service representative was extremely rude and argumentative. I asked to speak to their supervisor, they refused. There was no phone number to contact them. The sleeves on the dress I received were also different from the dress I ordered. I will never buy anything from them again & would not recommend anyone else buy from them either!

Still Trying to get a return label. Hope to receive it soon.

Good shopping time just the not the color i ordered

I ordered a wedding gift dress and it came one month before my wedding. It did not fit. I quickly realized there was no return address to send it back. I emailed them and they said i had to send pictures of me in the dress and why it didn't fit. It took 2 weeks of arguing with them before they finally gave me an address. I sent it back and they still argued the return. They are the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They are all crooks. And this is why we shouldn't buy from China! I ended up paying for the dress I don't even have. Please research before you buy.

I just got a beautiful dress for 271 dollars and it was easy to find and purchase the dress. Thank you so much! From beginning to end, I must say I was very impressed with what they did and the time it took. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Hebeos!

Terrible experience. They have pictures of very nice dresses on their website. However the dress and veil I received did not look anything like what I ordered. This website is a scam. I received cheap looking, poorly stitched dress and veil. The fabric they used for my dress was really ugly. I'm so disappointed.

Finding someone to measure me has been a headache but now that stage is over I'm waiting on this fabulous dress

Looks like photo, fit well and was comfortable. I got an abundance of compliments and the little train is absolutely exquisite!
