It was good and when I emailed them about a error I made in the color I sent them a email and they quickly adjusted the color that I needed and emailed me that it was done. I love Hebeos.

Order came in expected time frame. Had no issues at all.

If I could give no stars I would. I orders a dress top of it to small bottom to large. Dress is not made well. Spoke with a representative via email for three days. They asked me to send photos. I did…after that the sent me an email stating that they would give me 13% back and I should see a Taylor for a dress that just is not going to fit.

I ordered two color swatches for a dress and I was sent a cheap European adapter. No refund or swatch.

After reading reviews for the site I was not expecting much for this dress. When I put it on I was absolutely blown away! It's obviously not exactly what is pictured but it is beautiful and surprisingly well made especially for the cost. These pictures are the dress straight out of the package

I received 3 bridesmaids dresses 2 of the 3 were of very poor quality. I figured I get what I paid for $120 per dress. But one did not fit well so I requested a return, and the process is just ridiculous. So I decided to call it a lost and donate the dresses. They may be benefit to someone.

It was great overall and would recommend to anyone else

No response on me trying to return my dress. A dress that looks nothing like the picture on the website. So disappointing.

Website says you can easily return items i could not get any one to return my request no response from the company

Clear and concise description of the dress, measurements instructions, expectations and updates. Arrived when expected. Although I was disappointed that I paid for a garment bag and it was packed in a plastic bag as any other companies deliveries, I felt shorted. Although it was $12.00, I expected at least something larger for better care instead of just shoving it in a small bag
