Great product! Waiting on confirmation from the company to clarify color choices. The fabrics are labeled with numbers in the book and the website dress colors are labeled with names.

I ordered several dresses from this company for a wedding. Had to send several back because size issues. One I just wanted to return because it was not the correct measurement. After all the back and forth they agreed to accept yet did not send me a return ticket. The site is a scam. They literally sent me one dress I ordered that was suppose to be a 16 but was smaller than a 14 they sent me. I would never use this site again.

Very responsive and delivered in time. These dresses are made to order which makes it more beautiful.

I bought a dress online paid nearly $400 for it. It doesn't fit, the fabric is very low quality and when I tried to return it, they gave me every excuse possible not to give me my money back. I followed the guidelines of the sizing and they said too bad I chose the wrong size so they're not giving me my money back. I actually chose a size bigger so I can alter it it's still didn't fit. This company is rubbish do not buy from this company.

The dress was too small. I wear an 8 I got a size 12 and it was still too small! They don't offer returns or refunds

This company is a scam. They attempt to replicate dresses using cheap fabric. The dresses are made sloppy. They don't look anything like the ripped off photos.
Getting a refund is next to impossible. They want to give me a coupon to purchase another cheap dress from their website. They also want to charge me a restocking fee for returning my item, which isn't stated in their return policy.
It is not worth the hassle.

Have not received dress and my wedding is April 20,2024 I am freaking out

The "mother of the Bride" dress I ordered came in a different size and wasn't properly described in detail; the Hebeos photo didn't show clearly the poor material it is made of, although I expected an average item. The material is like that of a cheap pleated(the top) curtain. Altogether it is very bulky and with a terrible inlaid bra. A fancy dress detail! Sort of starWars. I had to ask a dressmaker to make it much smaller but I won't wear for the big occasion. Extra expenses beside the fact that the delivery is already very expensive. When getting to E.Union you are asked to pay extras for the import. But it wasn't specified when I paid. The parcel is delivered without a bill so tracing back documents is very difficult.

Sorry but not sorry the dress is hideous with those big bra pads just sitting there that you can clearly see thru the sheer part of the dress. They will need to be removed. Lace has many holes in it, split is just above the knee not on the thigh and the sheer is brown not flesh tone so for my complexion it looks like I have on concealer three shades too light.

Lovely shopping, just would appreciate customer service that's answers my emails and helps with returns.

Looks like I bought it from a costume shop! I'm very dissatisfied and don't recommend buying from them at all!

This company is scum the clothes they send are not the ones in the picture they are used also they won't return your email if you want a refund I want this business to get out of business I lost 150 $

Tina is the most horrible customer service representative I have ever ever contacted in my life. She made me feel like I did something wrong by ordering the address it did not come as it's shown in the pictures I wanted a full refund and she discussed that she could only give me 15% of my money, I felt misled ripped off. I will never ever order anything from this company again and I suggest you don't either.

They do not take back returns and try to give you back 10%. What a joke!

The dress was not the color shown, the top of the dress appears nude on the website but was more brown in real life. They would not accept the dress as a return stating " you need to understand……" buyer beware there is NO satisfaction guarantee as stated on their website
