Pas de livraison de la commande dans les délais annoncés (donc $#*! de + 1 semaine pour mon événement).
Robe de très mauvaise qualité avec trous, tissus et perles "cheap".
Pas moyen de bien communiquer avec eux, ils ne RESPECTENT PAS LA LOI européenne ni française: délai de rétractation pour renvoi non respecté, ni le retour pour le fait que la robe soit abîmée ou ne convienne pas niveau taille... etc de plus vous devez payer DES FRAIS supplémentaires du fait de la douane non annoncés lors de la commande et en plus de la livraison (+40! En facture séparée). Bref obligé de menacer de passer dvt la justice pour être écoutée :(( (( je ne me ferai plus jamais avoir par ce genre de site!

My dress arrived o emailed them with in mins of getting it fresh out the pack the dress looks cheap it was cheap material and most importly looked NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE it had a sheer material as the underline instead of polyester which means the dress had no stretch. I emailed them and BOOM 22 hours later still no response they used to reply within a couple of hours before o bought it. I also ordered a size 12 knowing that I would have to get it altered Im normally a size 8-10 but wanted it to fit so I ordered bigger to be safe the hips were way to small the bust was huge seemed like it was made for someone with a big stomach and skinny legs no offense. Im going to contact my bank I wouldnt order from here unless you check the reviews on the actual item to see what others have record complete rip off I ordered this dress for a wedding 200$ down the drain and another 200 spent at Macys for a REAL dress size 10 at that their measiments are off on the sight BEWAREEEE

I bought my dress and awaited for the order to arrive, it was a week late from the date it was said to come. I called the company to ask why it still hasn't arrived and I was told that it's being delivered but before I receive it I have to pay interest for proof. I thought that was obscured because I already had proof of order and payment. The woman on the phone was rude and uninformative and I still haven't received my dress till today. So disappointed

No custom tailoring is done at all and the dress fit perfectly! One word to add, beautiful! Thanks a lot.

Ordered a dress disputed and contacted to cancel no response, no notifications nearly a month later it arrived. The item is not as described, very poor quality not responding to any of my correspondence sent. I have now opened a dispute and a case with my bank to now take action and blacklist this company unless I get my money back. I will also be reporting the company to trading standards and other authoritys were concerned to now protect others.
