Its absolutely beautiful. We could not have found a more perfect dress! Excellent quality. Very professionally designed and finished! The underskirt lining materials are also amazing! They did not cut corners. We also order our under the custom size since my daughter is very slight and petite! Everyone LOVED it!

Got this dress for my daughter's prom. Very pretty. Got a size 4 and it fit perfectly on top, had to take a few inches off the bottom (she is 5'2). I was honestly apprehensive at first but it worked out good for her.

The dress was sooooo much more than expected. The fabric and the fit were perfect and it was sooooo beyond comfortable! I love it! Do buy!

Absolutely loved this dress. I bought this dress for a Hawaiian Luau and received many compliments. The dress is so comfortable. I wish I would have purchased the dress earlier so I could have altered the bottom. I'm 5'3 and wore wedge shoes and it still dragged on the floor.

First of all, I paid an extra $10 to have my dress arrive BEFORE April 12th; It did not come until April 23rd. Then after waiting over a month for my dress to come, it was too tight. The return process was extremely unprofessional. Customer service took weeks to respond and they wrote in an informal manner. They did not answer any of my questions. After 3 weeks of trying to return my dress, they denied and refused to give me my refund. $165 down the drain. DO NOT DO SHOP AT HEBEOS!

First of I paid extra to get it earlier and it came a week late. They will email you stating the dress will be here as scheduled but as soon as it wasnt no more emails or response Im emailing them everyday until they gave me my tracking number. It arrived couple of days before my daughters prom and it looked horrible the stitching looked like a kid did it. The sheer was not sheer it was too thick and cream colored not nude like the picture. So of course we had to get another dress at the last minute. I emailed them with pictures everyday for 2 weeks before I got a response. They told me it looked nice. And they will give me 15% off my next purchase no refund. The top looked nothing like the picture, the quality was horrible. Had proof and everything and thats it. Like I would ever order from here again. This company is a Scam! I cant believe they can do this. I guess Im out of 200 dollars.

I order a dress for my daughters prom i paid extra to have it shipped before May 5th dress came May 9th! The dress came from China! Before the dress came a week before they took an additional $7 out of my bank account for international shipping when i checked Out no where did it say i would be charged an extra fee after i purchase and paid for delivery already. The dress came and its nothing like the picture. The material is stiff. The sizing chart is wrong my daughter order according to the size chart the dress will not close top or bottom. My daughter emailed them that the dress did not fit. They emailed her two days later asking for pictures of my daughter in the dress. My daughter is a minor there is no way I am sending pictures of my daughter to someone in CHINA! They have no contact number at all. Prior to that i emailed them about the extra $7 charge someone responded to me they didnt see an order in my name and what is wrong with me? What kind of customer service is this! I will Be disputing the charges with the bank and sending them the dress back! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered my prom dress on April 10th and paid the extra $19 to have the dress BEFORE April 25th. My prom was on May 5th and the company was very aware of that. They reassured me numerous of times to not worry and that I will receive the dress before April 25th as promised. THEY LIED! I didnt receive my dress until May 7th. When the dress finally came, it looked nothing like the picture. Jewels were on the front that looked like someone just glued them on and the dress is wayyyy too big! I know of people who ordered their dress a little before I ordered mine and even after me and they receive their dress before I did! Thank God I had a plan B that worked out a few days before my prom. I e-mailed them telling them that I would like a full refund and was told that I can receive the shipping fee back. How when I have no intentions on wearing the dress and it arrived almost TWO WEEKS after it was suppose to?!?! This was the absolute WORST experience ever! They take between 3-5 days to reply to ONE e-mail. The fastest way of communication is their Instagram (Hebeos. Official) but they dont always reply to those messages in a timely manner either. Save yourself the stress and do NOT order from this website.

Wish I'd read the reviews before we bought this ugly dress. We bought what we thought would be a beautiful prom dress, but the fabric was cheap, the color was off, and it was too short. I sent them an email immediately letting them know the color was off and it was too short and I wanted to return it. You'd think that would be enough? No, they wanted my daughter's measurements and pictures. Creepy. After numerous emails they offered me 15% back, 15%! Take your business elsewhere.

Purchased dress. Paid for dress. Paid for shipping fees. Which I accepted, postage fee. It came from China enclosed with invoice for 60 USD... approx £45... I paid £140... it is nice but it isnt what my daughter expect and simply didnt like or suit her! Wouldnt zip up because too small, sleeves too big but overall didnt suit my daughter. Informed with 3 days that I wanted to return ans they replied basically, Sorry No Refunds Available and take it to a tailors! Im not resting until I get my money refunded. No where on site does it say China made and China company or that once youve purchased You Wont be able to return it whether you like it or not! Go somewhere locally even if it costs a bit more. Ive now had to go out and buy another dress costing me double!

If I could put 0 stars I would. My friend ordered a prom dress and even payed rush fee to have it here on time. Dress arrived 2 days after prom and they refuse to issue a refund. All they offered was $20 and to keep the dress. Wow thanks, not. Absolutely horrible company. I reported them to the FTC. Read their reviews on other sites such as trust pilot and you will see what kind of company they are. If you're ordering a dress for a special moment such as prom or a wedding order from within the United States. Hebeos is in the UK and no way to contact them other than email. Horrible company. Don't buy from them.

I ordered this dress for my May prom. It is a beautiful dress, very well made and heavier than it looks. The bodice and underskirt are fully lined and the bodice is so structured that I didnt need to wear a bra. I did add a hook to the back panel to keep it in place; I also removed the large silk flowers sewn to the bodice and hemmed the dress to remove the train (I am only 53 and it was too much for me). Very happy with my purchase

I was really nervous shopping online for such a special event but she saw it and loved it. (And she's picky)! It fits her like she was meant for the dress. I know maybe we just got lucky but the fast shipping and quality make me give 5 stars. I would recommend to my friends for sure. Love love love!

We were very anxious to purchase this sight unseen, but we sent my daughter's measurements in and they tailored it to fit her! Absolutely no alterations needed! She loves it, it's high quality, and it fit her perfectly. Would definitely recommend!
