We ordered a white prom dress for my daughter and when we received it, the dress was see through. The pictures online were a complete misrepresentation of the actual dress. Upon asking for a return, they wanted pictures to prove it. Great business tactics by the way. We sent pictures to show they dress was far too transparent for a young lady of my daughters age and Hebeos basically refused to acknowledge the problem. After corresponding with several customer service employees (didnt speak to the same person twice and therefore, had to explain the entire situation each time), they finally offered me a 10% refund. What a joke. Do not waste your money at Hebeos. Their dress quality is substandard and customer service is even worse.

It is the perfect dress for me. It feels great, the fabric actually feels like a dress, and it looks just like the photo. I know it's not my dolled up photo but this is the dress right out of the bag, and it is gorgeous. Wrinkles and all.

The WORST wedding dress you could ever imagine in your wildest and most traumatic nightmares! The reasons for this being:
1) The quality of the material is appalling and the dress arrived scrumpled up and creased!
2) There is a dirty mark on the front of it!
3) There are loose threads hanging off it!
4) The material is itchy and uncomfortable!
5) It looks nothing like it does in the photograph on the website!
6) The dress is ridiculously long!
7) It is hugely oversized!
8) The shoulders hang off me!
The dress looks like a disgusting 1980s meringue only worse!
Also the communication from this company is non existent! I have sent them numerous emails non of which I have had any response to! Their online chat facility does not work either!
After it arrived I took this hideous creation to a professional seamstress! She confirmed that both the quality and appearance of the dress were appalling and told me that there was nothing she could really do to make it look good unless she rebuilt the entire dress! Take my advice and DO NOT use Hebeos EVER! I gave one star because it was the lowest rating I could give! If I could I would give this company MINUS 100 stars!

I ordered my wedding dress from this company. Online it looked beautiful, just how I imagined my dream wedding dress. But everything went down hill from the moment I clicked pay now.
-They kept emailing me assuring me that the dress would come which made me really worried, because usually companies just deliver and don't have to keep promising you they will.
-All of the communication was in broken English (pretty sure their customer service is somewhere overseas)
-Finally the dress arrived, and the bow that was attached didn't even look like a bow! It was a hideous ball of ribbon loosely sewn on all askew!
-The custom fit that I had precisely measured did not fit me at all, I was swimming in it! ( They later informed me they don't have a custom fit, and measurements are plopped into standard sizes at their discretion) Then $#*!ING take that option off your website!
- When I asked to return it and get my money back, they challenged me on what was wrong with it, asking for pictures for proof!
-I sent them pictures and explained how terrible the dress looked, and argued with them on how this went through a "quality check" as they claimed in one of my "update emails"
-After much back and forth arguing for return/refund they refused to accept the return and gave me a 15% discount telling me to go to a tailor and have it altered. I'm sorry but no tailor could fix that piece of garbage.
The dress still remains hideously hanging in my closet. And I remain so disappointed.

Ordered my daughter dress and it was delivered within 3 weeks. Im was very satisfied with the outcome of it

I just received my daughters dress. I am very pleased and the dress is beautiful. More than what I expected. Thank you for making our prom dreams come true

BUYER BEWARE... THE WORST! This company has no phone number and an almost non-existent email system. The "live" chat isn't live at all, you can only ask limited questions and the answers are automated with non-sensical english. There is an option to transfer to a live agent but there is never anyone available, allegedly Also this company is NOT in the UK as listed on the website, it is in Singapore or somewhere else, my dress came from Singapore. I have been trying to return a dress since about 7 hours after it was delivered, 6 emails unanswered and no live agent.
Dress is so cheaply made, not to mention the color is completely NOT what was advertised, nor the style. All I asked for is to start the process for a return. Refund and there has been no answer.

I Purchased a dress for my daughter for her prom. I paid extra shipping to make sure we would have it in time in case of alterations needed when she got it. I preferred a standard size. I did not order it custom. We recieved the dress later than expected. When she tried on the dress the dress as it is very pretty it was not flattering on her. I emailed the company right away explaining that the dress was not what she expected. They asked for pictures. I sent pictures of her in the dress. Waited a while for a response. Followed the policy on the website. Sent email timely. Then they asked for her measurments stating that maybe its the size we ordered. I explained again thats it was nit the size we ordered and that it is nit a custom order. I did nit feel they need her measurements. They did not except that she just does nit like the dress on. Now I am stuck with a dress that will never be worn! If I thought that they would not honor a refund I would have never ordered from this company.
Make sure you love what you are ordering and make sure you are not expecting your money back if you dont care for the product.
I have never ever had an experience like this before. I am very dispointed and out $125.00 plus the extra for the shipping.

My daughter looked them up online for her Senior prom dress it was her dream dress from the year before! Dress looked amazing! We ordered it March 19th and after emailing them back and forth asking for tracking number we did not get the dress until 5 days later and I had to buy a new dress the same day as the prom. When the dress arrived it looks nothing like the pictures and the way it was sew it was a mess the neck lining was slanted the sleeves one had more material in it than the other the top is falling apart and all the thread is coming out. I contacted them through email they wanted to give me $6 to fix the tailoring! Not only did the dress not arrive on time after telling you i needed the dress by a certain time and if it was not shipped out yet cancel it. You sent it just put together any type of way! Do not buy from this company
