I would NEVER advise anyone to buy from this company. Their return policy is non existent. I purchased a dress and asked for standard size 4. When it arrived, it did not fit at all. The armholes were too far forward and about 4 inches smaller in circumference than every other size 4 dress I own. There was also a huge amount of padding in the bust. The description of the dress said nothing about padding. If you want to look like Mae West, this might work for you. I tried to give the company the option to make good on their mistakes by sending emails back and forth, including pictures.

I don't think they have a very good handle on the English language. "Since your dress was just made in a standard size, it usually doesnt fit individuals very well and needs extra alterations after received. Would you please find a local tailor to get it altered to fit better?"

"Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible." Order specifications and final sizing request mean the same thing! If they differ, it is the company's fault!

The dress I received did not look anything like the picture. The top martieral was supposed to be skin colour or a tan but instead it is cream. The arms are supposed to be tight but they are baggy and long. Also, the embroidery is all different and looks rushed and the dress itself is 6 inchs too long despite me being of average height and wearing heels. I contacted the company for a refund on the 23/04/2918 and 2 weeks later we are still no further forward despite them replying nearly every day during the week. It is an absolute disgrace. I have never experience such an awful company.

I ordered a dress size 2 and it fits true to size. It was on sale and is gorgeous. Thank you for offering beautiful dresses at prices all families can afford!

I wore this dress to prom and I loved it! It complimented my curves and it felt really nice overall. I admit, I should have gone a size down though. I usually am a size 12-14, but dresses tend to run tight, so I decided to order a size 18. It was a bit loose, but that was my fault because I was ordering a large size in the first place. Nothing that a few safety pins couldnt fix though. Overall, I was very pleased with my purchase.

Beautiful dress. Came a little too long, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. Loved the material and everything about it. However, the chest area came undone in the picture from all the dancing. Will buy here again.

Buying online is so hard because there is no guarantee that you will love it, but Hebeos is different from other online retailers. They are honest and trustworthy and you know ur getting just what you ordered.

This company is a scam! Do your research - DO NOT buy from them! Came more than a week later than given delivery date. Dress is total crap. We gave exact measurements and the dress is probably 6 sizes too big. Looks nothing like the picture. Cheap fabric, poor/unfinished/loose seams, way too long, very awkward seethrough top with obvious padding inside showing. I posted reviews on their site and they don't show up. Their [good] reviews are clearly paid or internal job. These people should be ashamed of themselves. We contacted them to return the dress the day after receiving. They don't honor their return/refund policy, so we had to take other necessary measures. I've reported their 'sponsored' ads to Facebook and Google already. Next stop Dept of Consumer Affairs. Do the right thing, Hebeos, and stop ripping people off! You'll be shut down before you know it!

This dress was a perfect fit. I read the reviews because this purchase was so important for my event, and I wasn't disappointed at all!
