I bought 2 dresses for a wedding and they were too small, I tried to return them within 30 days, they gave me a hard time, and only gave me 10% of $300

Took a little longer than expected. Trying to return seems cumbersome

I like the material, looked exactly as it was described. On time delivery. My daughter in-law looked amazing in this dress on the wedding. Affordable price.Thank you.

I think the descriptions of the dresses could be much better but overall I love there extensive selection.

Surprisingly the quality of this dress is nice, the fabric is like a matte ivory satin that feels and looks expensive (once you get rid of the wrinkles with a steamer) and has really good finishes, good seems, zipper, elastics to keep the sleeves in place and a decent built-in bra. Sadly I have to return it because the sizing is definitely odd, I measured myself in inches and picked the size that had close measurements but the dress came HUGE! So beware that you'll have to tailor it.

Not good with tracking updates however if you contact them they quickly reply. Shipping is average, the quality of the dress is great.

I purchased 2 dresses for prom, that ended up not looking anything like the pictures, I contacted them right away and followed their return policy, they did not give me a refund and try to give me a discount to purchases more dresses. I had to go back and fourth with them for months and contact my credit card company, still did not get a refund. Make sure if they scams you to contact your credit card company so they can't do this again! SCAMMERS! Don't listen to the positive reviews, they are fake, do your research before you buy, I kept seeing positive reviews until after I purchase the dresses, then I saw all the negative ones and realized the positive ones were fake.

My dress came on time it fitted perfectly I didn't need any alterations and I'm also pregnant, so it was a great fit.

No issues. Customer service was good. Website gave clear details on dress.

What does not fit true to size, material is thinner than picture, it is hard, finding a place to return, or anyone to speak with that because there is no phone number listed on the website

Okay, not ideal. I saw the dress and thought it looked amazing but unfortunately I'm not the woman in the picture and it wasn't nearly as nice on my body. Arms were tight even when the measurements were correct, material made my skin texture visible even though it zipped perfectly at the back.

I made the biggest mistake ordering from Hebeos. I am so stupid to think that the high reviews were legitimately honest reviews. I now can see that this is a lie. This site is a SCAM. I went on this site looking for mother of the bride dresses and found 3 dresses that I thought possibly might work for me. I was running out of time to find the perfect dress to wear for my daughter's wedding (as the mother of the bride I wanted to look and feel beautiful in the dress I chose to wear on her wedding day but ordering online is so hard when it comes to clothing because no one truely knows how something

After putting my order in I got an email stating 1 of the dresses wasn't available in the color I wanted so I asked for that dress to be cancelled and it was with a full refund back to my account. But then when my other 2 dresses arrived to my house and I tried them on I hated how both dresses looked on me. So I emailed Hebeos Customer service stating I would like to return these 2 dresses as neither dress fit me. The first email I got back stated "Can you send a picture to show us the problem? After confirmation, we will solve it for you." So I then tried on the dresses again (just long enough to take a picture of me in it) and then stated the reason why I did not like either dress for me personally. To which I got an email back stating "Thank you for your pictures. Since your dress was just made in a standard size, it usually doesn't fit individuals very well and needs extra alterations after receiving. Would you please find a local tailor to get it altered to fit better? We would like to refund the 10% dress price as an extra discount for you. Your understanding would be much appreciated."
So then I respond back to their email stating this this is unacceptable and no I will not go have these dresses altered and I want a full refund back for the 2 brand new dresses I only tried on. To which I then got an email back stating that they talked with their manager and they would give me a 20% refund. Wow. I literally only tried on the dresses for about maybe 2 minutes total (that's including both try ons) and they will only refund me 20%. This is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Will never purchase again. Dress was not the size ordered nor looked anything like the picture on the website. Return process is a joke.

Poor quality, cheap fabric, nothing like the photo

Process was easy. It was cost-effective, measurement chart was spot-on, order was received in a timely manner and was very cost effective. Dress was beautiful.

Always in point. Dress feels soft and looks so elegant and classy. The very few people I showed, cried from how simple yet beautiful this piece looks.

I was skeptical of purchasing a dress online, but this one came in and the material was amazing and fit me like a glove! The only thing Im doing is removing the padding from the boob area, but other than that its a perfect fit! I am 5"0 122lb athletic build for reference! So happy with my purchase!

I ordered a dress to wear to my daughters wedding in a size 16, when it arrived it was ugly, nothing like the picture and barely a size 10. I contacted Hebeos who refused to supply a refund or accept the return, after going backwards and forwards a couple of times they agreed to a partial refund if I shipped the dress to China even though it was not shipped to me from China., I posted it to the address provided and received notification that it was received, however after 3 months still have not received my refund. This company is sending poor quality dresses at high prices and failing to adhere to Australian Retail Policies.
