I tried to exchange for a different size or return it to buy something else and they refused.

Fit was incorrect in armscye, waist, uneven hem, and the slit top had a bulbous hangover due to poor alteration done at the waistline.

Pads are white and look bad going to change them out to flesh colored should be fine otherwise

Ordered a wedding dress, flower girl dress and several accessories.
Colours wrong.
Attempted to discuss with staff members but out of the 9 times I was transferred noone would be of any assistance telling me they would charge me to return to them even with me showing evidence of them sending the incorrect colours (the wedding dress also does not sit on the arms as advertised), then blatantly ignored me after offering a 15% discount if I accepted the dresses as is and use for a different event that wasn't my wedding and me stating this did not fix the issue (quite sure that a wedding dress only has one type of use...).
So now 3 weeks out from the wedding, we have no dresses!

No return's because they claim it would need cleaned

The dress never arrived,Inhabe sent in a complaint ticket and I have emailed the company. It was supposed to be hear but unfortunately I haven't received it. Not looking optimistic if it will ever arrive

This dress is beautiful! The beading is exquisite and pictures truly do not do it justice, however, I paid extra and provided measurements and I still need to get the dress altered. This is very disappointing since I was expecting not to have to do any alterations at all. The shoulder/strap area is so big that it falls off my shoulders and it is also a little loose in the bust area. I'm very upset that I know have to pay even more money on alterations. Other than that, the dress is very well made.

It's cool how it came quick and easy. I like the color it's just the fitting and feeling of the dress
