Hebeos is amazing! They were able to create my dress in a way that would fit me. I added an extra detail to the straps and arms. It turned out exactly as I wanted. Hebeos staff were help, very responsive and overall wonderful. I would highly recommend.

I bought a wedding dress and came too big even though the measurements were correct. It was packed on a plastic wrap that smelled horrible, some sort of unknown chemical. I reached out directly to request a refund and to send it back, there is no point on keeping or fixing this as I paid over 200 for this.
Kimi from customer service handled my request and told me to keep the dress and resale it, to get my money back, I requested a refund and she offer 35% discount. This is ridiculous.
Dont by from them they dont care for the customers. Dont waist your money.

The dress fabric is not the same showing on the selling picture. I am very frustrated. Cannot wear the dress. Wish I could return it and get my money back.

The dress I received looks nothing like what I ordered. The material is not satin, it's tulle. The appliques do not go down the skirt. The material is thin, and the skirt is not full like pictured even when I put on a hoop. The bodice is covered in large crystals, that are unattractive.

Very dissatisfied! The dress did not fit and the company wants me to pay for return postage to China and then there is a restocking fee. Stay away from this company.

Pretty much impossible to process a return. They need pictures of how it didn't fit, your measurements, and proof that you cut off a limb in order to process it. They would not just honor the fact I wanted to return it. Do not order from here.

The ordering experience was easy. I ordered a size 6. I'm in between a 6-8. The 6 fit me just right. I love that the dress has built in bra cups also.
