I was nervous because of the reviews, but I am very satisfied with the dress. I would absolutely recommend this website to others, and I already have plans to purchase the bridesmaids and reception dresses from Hebeos as well.

I was rapidly losing weight so didn't want to order the dress too early - delivery was supposed to be 25th March -1st April. My wedding day was April 6th the dress arrived April 16th - they only dispatched it on April 5th. I was told they'll "see what that could do" in terms of a refund once I spent $91 to return the dresses but they would not refund me the return shipping fees I'd have to pay. When it was initially late they promised to refund my shipping costs but this was not ever processed. In the end I disputed the charge through Amex. I ordered 2 dresses from elsewhere, when I realised they would not be shipped in time, which also did not arrive in time as I held out because Heboes said "don't worry" and assured me they'd arrive in time. I was married at 19 in a registry office, we were students so could not afford a wedding. It's our 20year wedding anniversary so we flew to the Maldives to marry on the beach. I've had the dresses in my basket for years and I can't express how devastated I was with how it was handled. I eventually bought an expensive dress on the way to the airport but I had to compromise plus it wasn't a good fit and it really put a damper on the entire day. I'd never order from them again.

I had a problem with my order back in Feb. And no one emailed me to fix the problem so that I could have had my order. So I'm very disappointed. If I didn't really love that dress I would have not ordered anything from this company. I finally received my dress and I love it

Very dishonest and disappointing I had to go to a bridal shop to buy my dress

Dress has still yet to be delivered and it's 5 days late as of now. When I reached out to customer service it takes days for a response and their response was wear my wedding dress to another event. My wedding is in 3 days and still haven't mailed it. But customer service says it will be here. I am already looking for a last minute option.

It's not the exact dress but very similar and well made. I still love it! It did come a little darker than I expected but the veil just makes the white pop! I just love it!

I ordered my dress, was really excited about it but received it too late. I would like to return it but the website hardly provides any information on how to do that. I received an email telling me that my return ticket is ready but there is not order return form or any instructions on how to return an order.

The dress was beautiful and well made, my only disappointment is the struggle with returning it.

This was a horrible decision and experience.
My dress came almost two weeks early but the dress is not done.
Contacting them was easy and they responded quickly.
But the options that give was horrible.
I don't understand how they sent out an unfinished dress and refuse to finish it.
I get married in less then 4 weeks and have no wedding dress.
Now I'm forced to spend money and time looking for another dress so close to my wedding day.
This has been stressful and very disappointing.
I have a friend and a sister that's getting married this year and looking for a wedding dress I would not recommend nobody to this company at all.
It's very unfortunate that this is what I'm dealing with nobody wants to be in a position like this so close to their wedding day

Just ordered 6 colour swatches of the stretch crepe. Beautiful fabric, large samples and the colours are pretty true to the examples on the website.
Prompt delivery and definitely recommend if you are unsure of what colour and what fabric you want.

I loved the dress it was just too small I wanted to return and exchange it for a larger size

I followed the instructions for measuring myself and chose the option on the size chart that best fit my measurements. The dress is way too big in the bust, too long in the torso, to long in overall length and too tight in the waist. I'm not sure what body types this company is following but it's definitely not mine. I bought this dress for my cousin's wedding, 5 other dresses were purchased for the same wedding and none of them fit.

It was great, but only purchasing $3 swatches and it totaling out to triple the price due to shipping is not that appeasing.

I was already stressed about my wedding and then this happens this is a scam don't buy from them

The dress came late and I paid for rush shipping. It also smelled like fish and had some staining on it! I'm extremely disappointed and I've tried to contact them to issue a return and they wouldn't ever message back. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Ordered dress which was supposed to arrive April 4-10th. It is now April 10th and it hasnt been shipped. I am very excited about the dress and hope it is shipped soon.

I ordered a dress last March, the size was all wrong, and the material quality was not as described. I had ordered from here before, and had no issues with the size. I tried to return the dress, and they said they would give me a 70% off coupon for a future purchase. I just bought my daughter a dress and tried to use the coupon code and it wouldn't work- she needs the asap for prom. So I paid for it, and sent a email asking to please credit my account 70% and sent my coupon code. I got ZERO help. This is very frustrating. I sent multiple emails. I will use other websites from now on. Sad thing is that I do like the dress we purchased this time.
