I ordered my dress 4 weeks ago said it would be delivered around April 2nd to April 8th and I still haven't received it. Nor any information about it.
Ordered my daughter's prom dress off of this site. I ordered my wedding dress from this site a couple years ago and it came to me beautifully and as pictured. However. My daughter's prom dress came in a completely different fabric than what was pictured. And now we may need to find a new dress in a store because there's not enough time left to ship this one back and get a new one.
I ordered a dress for my friends wedding and I personally felt that the material was low quality and I did not like the way the dress looked on me. Hebeos makes you jump through hoops to simply return an unused item! I could not believe how difficult this process was, especially for a company that is not well known. Customer service is a main key to gaining loyal customers and they scored a 0 with customer service.
No communication after I ordered the dress. After several attempts to contact them they sent me an email with information on how to track my order. Included in that email was my User ID and Password. When I went in to track it, the dress had not even been mailed. This is a joke and they breached confidentiality. I will be turning them into the Better Business Bureau.

I received a dress that is not what I ordered. I followed the return then received an email stating that I had to send in pictures of a clear bag with stickers, a picture of what the issue is, and a picture of original shipping label. I did this. The next email I received said that they will offer me a 70% coupon and that the sizing is different however I never stated anything about the dress not fitting I stated the dress is not the dress I ordered it did not look anything like the picture. The beading is too large and isn't the dress I ordered. I have attached photos.
After reaching out to customer service and getting what seemed to be an automated response, my order finally arrived 4-7 days late if going by their timeline given. The status of my order was not updated until the day it was being delivered to my home.
The size guide they provide was not accurate to the fit of the 2 dresses we purchased. My measurements were about an inch off in each area but I opted to go with what I thought would be a more fitted dress as that was the look I was going for. Upon receiving my dresses they are actually much looser than what I was expecting.
The quality is ok, just wish the measurements on their site were more accurate.
I am so upset that I only received half of my order that I ordered back on 2/23/24. I received one dress and one garment bag and was told that I would receive the 2nd half of my order in a couple of days. I have emailed the customer service email several times since I received the first half of my order and no one has responded. When I tracked my order, it says complete yet it's not complete. So I've sent another email and still no response. I was very hopeful to purchase the dresses from this site and it's disappointing that it failed horribly.
They've invented boobs that I don't have so it's puffy... the shoulders are really tight
And the waist is a lil bit big... I have to make modifications and the dress is not exactly like the photo. It's not that bad but for a prom dress... it's mid. Also in the picture, the color was nude. But in real it's more like pale gold... well it don't look like nude it's not really the effect that I wanted. But it's not that bad

I have sent 3 emails to this company asking about my daughters wedding dress, and still have yet to get a response! Pretty sure I was scammed out of my money so please be aware! Would like to know something about my purchase!
Only thing is the dress is just about an inch too long. Fits perfectly other than it being a little too long. I will give another review after wedding, I plan on hemming it a inch so the fabric doesn't drag on the floor
The deadline I required was met, and the dress fit as I had hoped. I will share my experience which was positive with others. Except fpr the misunderstanding with DHL, I was satisfied with the outcome. And would order frm this merchant again.

I have been emailing them about a dress they did for a wedding. I got the dress and sent them pictures and videos of the loose thread on dress they told me to take it to a tailor and offered me a refunded me 11.50. I told them I just want to return the dress and instead of them walking me through the return process they refunded me 11.50 I no longer want the dress because I shouldn't have to pay extra for what should've been done by you all.
