After ordering 8 bridesmaid's dresses from this website, it took 20 days for it to be delivered. Upon delivery the dresses were all packed inside a pink binbag and covered in tape to keep the dresses inside.

Upon trying all the dresses on each of my bridesmaids, not one of them fit and the material was awful. It was heavy on all of them and the color did not match what we had seen online.

I emailed the company help desk to arrange a return and was advised by ''YoYo'' from their customer service team that I should visit a tailor to get the dresses to fit.
I refused and told them I wanted to send the dresses back and they advised I could have a 10% refund. On dresses that had cost be just under GBP 700 this was ridiculous.

I refused and advised them I would be placing a complaint in online and through approricate channels in which they then offered by a 50% coupon that could only be used on their website to re order dresses. I would not re order from them ever again and therefore refused.

I told them all I wanted was to return the dresses and get my refund. I was willing to pay the shipping fee for return and only have 100% of the cost of the dresses not the shipping back. They refused and told me it was over 14 days and could not return.
Yet it took them 20 days to send it and returning to China after receiving, trying on and the countless emails over 4 days meant I had run out of time and they refused.

I am now having to go through my bank for a Fromal dispute & also contacting the local embassy to report this company for fraud and stealing money. I can see from the many reviews now that this is not the first and last time they will do this to anyone.

I would advise no one use this company and to inform any friends/family of the same. It is a total rip off and the customer service and company who are based in China just want to take your money and not send the quality of dresses they advertise.

The dress I ordered took much longer than expected to arrive. Once it did I realized it wasn't the same dress as pictured. It was roughly the same, but as I was getting estimates to alter it was pointed out that the dress I had and the dress in the picture weren't the same and that's why it was fitting me like I expected. I went to return, but missed the deadline by hours and they won't accept the return. I informed them that the dress was different than what I was expecting. It's not right that the differences are subtle enough making it more deceiving.

Ordered a wedding dress. I knew it was going to be close but it was too small. I asked to exchange and they were rude, and unwilling to do anything to replace the item with something that would work.
The quality is a 3 out of 10. It's like ordering a "wish.com" dress. This IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM.

It is made for some way taller than myself. Torso is extremely long. Measurements are off as well. Runs smaller that stayed on size guide. Wanted to return buy apparently it's not going to happen. Was informed I could get it altered like I did t know. But why would I pay an additional double price for that. Won't purchased again and will be sharing with friends not to.

The dress doesn't fit my daughter I've asked for a refund and they are not any help at all you cant speak to anyone just emails back and forth I've asked them I need to return it to get a refund cause it doesn't fit my daughter and all they are doing is giving me the runaround

Buyer beware, they do not give you a return address if you want to return the dress. The dress is not the quality shown on the website and I paid for expedited shipping yet it did not come until after the promised timeframe.

They shipped it after my expected receipt time and it came straight from China, but they did respond on email nightly and offered some discounting to make it ok. I had paid extra for expedited shipping. The dress quality was decent, not bad and it fit exactly as their size guide.

Using the contact support has been a nightmare!...they take forever to respond and when they do respond they don't have an answer to when new date for delivery will be and how they will compensate me for the inconvenience made on their behalf!

From start to finish... the process has been great

I ordered my dress 3/17/24 and didn't receive it until 4/22/24. It was suppose to arrive between 4/6/24 and 4/12/24. My event is on 4/27/24. When I received the dress it doesn't look anything like the picture. I never gave any measurements, I just chose a size 14. The dress is too small and I can't zip it up. I'm not satisfied with how it looks, because it doesn't look like the picture. Very misleading. I contacted the customer service for a refund. I did everything they said to do for a refund. I took pics showing them the dress doesn't look like the dress in the picture. I've sent countless emails and keep getting the run around about giving me a refund. Never again will I do business with this company. They are a scam!

Ordered my daughters farm dress back in March said I was gonna have a delivery between April 10 and 17th. Her prom is April 27 here it is April 22. Still haven't gotten her dress.

I bought this dress because it is exactly what I have been looking for minus the expense. Received earlier than expected! Highly recommend! The stitching is great.

Ordered the dress with custom sizing and it still didn't fit right. The material does not hug where it should and it's noticeably cheaply made. One of the seam in the front of the dress is crooked and uneven.

It was unprofessional & I never received my package

I did NOT receive 4 dresses that I paid for. I received 2 & they were the wrong size! Website is BS.

I was very skeptical. After reading MANY reddit comments about this site, I thought I would have to consider this a loss. It fit like a GLOVE. I got a standard size 14 and it's perfect. The arm bands were a little tight, but I knew that would be a thing since I'm still working on my arms lol. We're getting married on a very tight budget in the forest and this couldn't have been any more perfect. I got Champaign because white in the woods don't mix. The color was beautiful. As far as this dress goes, don't trust what reddit says!

I watched the how to measure video when placing the order and sent in measurements for ordering ot custom made. The quality and fit is perfect!

This is an organized scam. Not allow to return. After submitting all they asked me to provide they denied to provide me a return label. Please don't loose your money as I did. Go shop a JJ'House.

The dress was exactly like it was described. I did the custom measurements and it fit perfectly. Shipping was right on time.
