I am very happy with the dress I received. It is as described on the website and very nice quality in fabric and processing. The Hebeos customer service team was very helpful and went out of their way to assist me with changes to my original order. I would definitely order from Hebeos again.

I ordered my dress on November 7,2024, and I tried to order a dress bag, but it refused to let me purchase one. So, my dress came packaged in a little bag, like I had ordered from SheIn! It's very wrinkled, I have used a steamer, and can't get the wrinkles out! I get married this Saturday, with a dress that I am not sure that I want to wear, but I have no other options at this point... I am very dissatisfied...

I ordered 2 dresses, luckily the company MADE ME cancel one dress or they weren't going to complete my order at all. I should have recognized the red flag and canceled the entire order. Anyway, I couldn't order two saizes of the same dress because they could'nt afford to "make" two dresses knowing I was going to send one back. My dress came in mail, I hated the way it looked on me, I attemped to send the $165 dress back, and UPS told me it was going to cost $225. Now I'm stuck with a "Night Robe" of a dress.

When my dress was too small I wanted to exchange for a bigger size but was unable to.

I had ordered a dress for my daughters wedding that did not even fit over my shoulders and I had asked about the return policy and they said they would not accept my return due to this reason. I had responded within 3 days of receiving my order. I took it to a tailor and it was going to cost more to alter than the dress itself. I am very disappointed in the customer service of this company and am now stuck with a expensive dress that is not even going to get used. This is absolutely Ridiculous!
