Hi, honestly I didn't feel very sure of placing my order because, I was afraid it would not arrive at time for my event but it arrived one week before. I happiest is beautiful and I am excited for wear it, from the first time I saw this dress I loved! And I wanted ran the risk which I'm not regret about it.

I'm not happy because the dress don't fit me and your guys don't want to return

I received the dress. It did not fit me well and I wanted to return it. When I contacted customer service within a lot of time that they have been horrible to work with. They are not sending me the return label and refuse to discuss how to return but are trying to make me keep it. We've been going back and forth in email in circles. They refuse to refund me any of the money, although I have not worn or use this dress at all. Do NOT buy anything from this company!

The dress was beautiful and better than I expected. We decided to make life easier and give my daughter's exact measurements to speed the process up. The dress arrived and was inches on the bodice too big. It's now costing nearly the cost of the dress itself to be altered.

The color wasn't the same as shown and the fabric is poor quality fabric. I tried to return but the customer service refused. I am very disappointed.

They made returns quite difficult and if you are an out of norm size, they are not accomodating for returns to get the right size of which you end up altering any way!
Would not recommend them also as garments ship from out of the country... poor customer service. There are NO tags on any of the garments so you don't really know what size they sent you compared to what you ordered. No packing slip either to verify against what you ordered only a bar code that you can't read. So overall, poor communication with customers and poor return service!

I order the wrong size. I am waiting for the 70 % coupon you guys promise me.

I ordered my wedding dress from you. The dress looks like a $3000.00 dress. But you made this beautiful dress affordable and gave me a lifetime keepsake I can pass down generation after generation.

This Chinese Company is shady to the max. Refused my return until I pressed the situation, then refused to provide a label when the dress they sent me looks nothing like the one I ordered and is the wrong size. Save yourself, I'm still battling about this weeks later.

I love this site, I have purchased my wedding dress from this site, and it was a perfect fit.

The ordering process & communication was great. The dress came early which was great. Unfortunately I wasn't 100% satisfied with my dress. It fit perfectly but I believe the Tailor messed up the length measurements. I couldn't do anything with so short notice I made the dress work & everything seemed to turn out okay. Other than that I had no problems.

I ordered 2 dresses about 3 years apart. Decided to stay with the first dress I ordered because was very beautiful. Returning the other dress was difficult but they worked with me and my over all experience was great.

I was in search of the color red coral for my bridesmaids dresses. Hebeos is the only place that has any fabric remotely close to this color.
