DO NOT BUY From HEBEOS SITE! IT'S ALL A SCAM, MADE CHEAP CHINA FABRIC AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF CROOKS!

Everything came within 3 weeks, fit according to the size chart! I'm very happy with buying wedding dress from Hebeos! If you're thinking about it, do it! Buy it!

Dress is nice. However marked up too high. The polyester fabric the dress is made up of is not worth that much. I would say between $80-$90, is more reasonable in case the dress needs alterations. Which it did. $60 worth

Website UI is a bit clunky but still good, reviews were helpful.

The dresses are a good price and customer service responds quickly. The dresses just didn't fit properly

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Stuff is not as advertised and they won't let you return even if the product is messed up and it's their fault! I ordered 3 dresses. One is completely see through but doesn't appear that way in the picture or description. Another the breast section was not sown even… they will not refund me and I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Their customer service is awful!

I loved the experience. Of course, I was apprehensive to buy my wedding dress online, but I couldn't have been happier. I am very petite and was afraid that the dress would not fit. I went to my local bridal shop, got my measurements, and ordered a customized dress. I loved the service and great communication, I felt secure knowing they had my best interest at heart.

Great experience and great service. Love the dress but it couldn't fit me. I ordered it in the wrong size..

Lovely but one size too small can I return it for one size larger

They responded within a day of my questions. They were so fast. The quality is just as great as the pricey places! This is not a scam!

Whole process does take quite a bit but they are good quality dresses although I would say stick to small, medium, large, etc sizing because I got custom sizing and that really didn't work out.

Custom made gown I order did not fit me even though I gave them my size. It is still very long and the neckline is way too high. I think this was made for somebody else. The fabric was so scratchy and gave me so many scratches. I asked to return the dress but they did not accept it because it was custom made. But rough fabric and sequence gave me so many scratches when I tried the dress. Looks like I was scratched by thorns all over my body. They should at least exchange it, but they did not.

Although I was nervous about shopping for bridal gown online, the product I received was pretty and beautiful. Perfect for a 1 day wear.

Be very careful in reading Hebeos's returns policy, extremely difficult to return items and should you order in the UK, the items come from China and you will have to courier back to the USA, with all the fees involved.

Came pretty fast, dress and necklace were very pretty. Worth the money
