I had no trouble with the order and my sister is very happy with her wedding dress. She just loves it. The overall service we received during the process was excellent. Also, the delivery gentleman looked for my sister's place until he found it. We truly appreciate him doing this. We are forever customers.

I love how quickly the dress came in but it's a totally different color than what was advertised online.

HEBEOS return policy sounds great in writing. Don't be deceived. They screwed my order and sent me a dress that does not fit. The bust size was only 28 inches, 5.5 inches short and not according to their Standard Size Chart of 33.5 inches for US Size 4. I attached picture with measurement for proof. But, they REFUSED to give me a FULL refund. They first offered to give me 10% discount. Shocking! Didn't expect that. I vehemently refused, then they offered 70%, then 80% refund. They even tried 30% restocking fee! I had to read the Return Policy again and NO 30% restocking fee in the policy! So I called them out about it. Seriously, they DO NOT ABIDE BY THEIR RETURN POLICY! I will be reporting them to BBB and Consumer Report for false advertisement.

I was skeptical about buying from an overseas site but after reading hundreds of reviews I decided to take the plunge. I don't regret it one bit! My dress is simply breathtaking and beautiful in every way. Quality of material and craftsmanship is excellent!

Do not buy any product or dresses from Hebeos. I ordered a dress from their company for my 60th birthday. It did not fit, very stiff poor material. It was a standard size dress I ordered, it was not customized. I called and told them it didn't fit. After sending them an email that the dress didn't fit. They would not accept it. It was'nt worn and the tag was still on there. They have poor customer service. They want me to keep dress and fix it. I have no use for the dress because I had to buy another dress so I would have something to wear for my birthday. They would not refund my money. I am very very disappointed. I have never ever experienced anything like this with clothes. They are robbers and need to close their store down.

I got my dress in like less than 3 weeks I did custom sizing and it was perfect the only thing is the dress is completely see through up top you can see the bra pads on the outside of the dress but it's nothing I can't get fixed easily amazing quality for the price!

It was pretty smooth but a little nerve wracking since some of the photos that present the dresses are in a bad resolution and only showcase one color of the dress. But otherwise the dress selection was crazy and affordable.

I hope the return process will be smooth. Ordering was easy and I did receive the dress rather quickly

Order a "custom" made bridesmaid dress. Dress was late for delivery date and then the dress does not fit at all. There is absolutely no way this dress is custom made. I wrote the company and they offered me a 10% refund and told me to see a seamstress. It would be a completely remade dress as it isnt custom at all. This is a joke!
