The shopping experience was great. There were so many dresses to chose from that came with great prices. These dresses are made as if they should be thousands of dollars, but they aren't, which makes the experience even better.

Gown only nice in picture. I would have settled if the back was even. When worn it is more obvious that the design is not centered.

Hebeos customer service was quick to respond and very professional. Dress arrived quick and looked just like the photos.

Wrong color sent. They are saying the sent orchid which it is clearly not. They are not giving my money or exchanging the color. Poor customer service.

The gown is not only off measurements,", it is off balance and bad workmanship. Left and right sleeve opening off by 2", the sleeve at an angle instead of curve. Waist off over 3". Right bra cup is higher, the zipper is curved at the end. The front of gown below waist not smooth and bulging out. Customer service will not give full refund though details and over 10 photos provided.

Site was easy to use and has many options. I don't have anything else to add.

The shopping and ordering process was easy. I received my dress earlier than expected, and it is the most beautiful dress I've ever seen!

The foam flowers were as expected but the headpiece, was a disappointment. It was damaged upon arrival.

I wanted to receive the bouquet That looked like the picture. The picture looks like an 8 in but I received a 5in.

It's says hassle free returns up to 14 days on not custom items but they don't tell you that you have to cancel your order immediately to get a 90% refund and after 48 hours you can only refund the delivery charge. Absolutely false advertising in that. I went into my order as soon as I ordered to see if I could reach out to someone and they said my order didn't exist. I had to wait 48 hours for the order to even populate. Absolutely ridiculous.

I liked the dress very much but could not zipper it and pull it so the zipper goes all the way up.no extra material to grab on to. I love the dress.

It surpassed my expectations dress is perfect. Would buy from them again and recommend them to anyone.

I am so pleased with this company. I was asked (late) to be in a wedding so I didn't order any dresses until 2 weeks b4 the wedding. The dresses came in a couple days earlier than expected—a bonus—and I ordered 3 sizes of the same dress and hoped for the best. The first one fit do incredibly beautifully and perfectly that I didn't even bother opening the other sizes. I hope returning the other 2 will be just as good an experience as opening them and being so pleased.

Heebos was such an easy website to order from. Love the prices and the product. I've tried on my dress so many times now just because I feel so pretty in it. I'm so excited for my big day.

Dress was well made. Not packaged very well considering the cost of the dress and shipping. My most serious issu. It was suppose to be Dusty Rose and it was delivered in in a pale apricot color. Needed it for a wedding. No time to contact customer service.
