I love the dress design, I wish the color was a little more rich like the pictures but its still cute. The shipping came right on time even with it being a custom order. I never got any tracking info but the dress came on the date that the site said it would before I ordered.
Overall, a pretty good experience.

I ordered the wrong color on accident but was able to communicate with the team to get the color changed before tailoring. It was delivered within 13 days.

I received my dress faster than expected. The material is very heavy and feels very expensive. I can't believe I got it for the price that I did!

Do not order from hebos. Tried to return a standard sized dress and they came up with some excuse as to why they cannot take the dress back. All dresses are made to order and cannot be resold. Told me to take it to a tailor. Standard size 8 is not made to order. It's a standard size!?! Waste of money, time, and my patience. Please I advise, find somewhere else to buy a dress.

This place is a scam. I put custom measurements in for two dresses. One came too short and one came super long. They refuse to do a return. Go back and forth via email every couple of days. They have no customer service phone number. AWFUL! I thought this was a US site. No definitely based out of China. You are getting wish products but paying a lot more. I'll be disputing it with my credit card company. SCAM! BEWARE!

I love the easy process and my gorgeous gown… It will be the most unique wedding gown.
