Good unhappy with how the dress looked on me. And it did take a long while to be shipped to me

Extremely satisfied with ALL aspects of the purchase -easy order, quick replies to questions, custom order completed in 2 weeks. I live in the USA and anticipated poor quality, and long wait for shipping from China. I was wrong. I am very pleased with the High Quality of materials in the dress and the workmanship on the lace. Everything was delivered on time as estimated on the site.

Dress, customer service, & return policy. Not satisfied with the product. They told me I would not receive taxes or shipping cost and they will only return 8% of my money back. And for exchanges I have to buy another dress.

I was a bit skeptical about ordering from this website at first. I was scared because I wasn't sure if the dress would look exactly like the picture or if it would even arrive on time, but it did! The dress looked identical to the picture and was so pretty, the shipping and delivery process was just as stated. Definitely ordering more again

I ordered two wedding dresses (ceremony and reception) to be rushed to me. The material is good quality but the make is HORRIBLE. The bra inserts are these little round white circles that don't even cover the entirety of the bodice so you have this white circles showing up on your boobs. And hebeos will NOT honor their commitment to a full refund of the dress looks like crap. I event sent pictures as proof of how badly made they both are. Their response? Take it to a local tailor and pay to have it fixed and they'll give me 10%. Seriously? This site is a total scam. But what else would you expect from China….

I would like that when you click on the color the dress appears in that color to get a better view of how it would look.

The gown is gorgeous and affordable. The delivery was on time.
The people are courteous and friendly.

The little girl dress was fine but the basket was way too small.

Quality for the dresses for not good. Sizing chart was not correct and the shipping, tracking, and returns have been difficult

The ordering process was very simple. My dress was a custom order and I have never had to fit myself for a dress before. The link your website has to show and explain how to fit yourself is very helpful!

I ordered this dress in black. I was so excited to get it, then when I got it in the mail I immediately tried it on. Way to big even though I gave my measurements. It also has a train, the embellishments are black not silver. It was like I got two different dresses in one. Now I'm in a panic to find another dress for my daughter's wedding.

The dress did not meet the image it portrayed online.

My experience was good but when I received the dress it was not the color in the picture the dress was a really light brown
