I ordered burgundy and they send me a BRIGHT RED dress. I am a bridesmaid in a wedding and obviously had to return it cause it's the wrong color and they are telling me that they will only give me a 6% refund even when their refund policy says if they color is wrong, I'm entitled to a full refund. 6% refund? Like what even is that! The site is a scam.

Upon contacting customer service, I was met with very unhelpful people. Even for following their return policy fully, I received a 25% refund and no other help. Don't fall for it, learn from my mistake.
