Scared at first because online clothesshopping is sketchy for me, But everything was great and everything we hoped for.

Everything was smooth and quick! I needed this dress fast since the one I originally ordered was canceled, I will be ordering from here again for sure.

If you are thinking about purchasing from this company don't. They have horrible customer service and the won't accept returns. I ordered a dress from them and it's too small. They have different people email you. One person asked if I could find a tailor to fix the dress. The policy says custom dresses can't be returned, which I understand but I ordered a regular size dress. I don't understand why they won't let me return it. They are a complete fraud and scam.

After purchasing my daughters prom dress from this company. Upon receiving the dress it did not look like the one we ordered. I tried to get some sort of Customerservice from this company but all they wanted to do was to give me 10% then 20% then 30% refund which I didn't access. I reported them tge tge international consumers affairs and that's when they decided to give me 100% refund. I spent $216 Canadian plus $73 to expedite the package plus $33 duty. I had to return the dress to New York for $67. Their 100% refund worked out to be $183 CAD. This dress cost more money and headache that it was worth. Please avoid this company if you do not want to be disappointed or stressed out.

The site is not a scam, and you'll have to get the dress altered. Order a size up.

I was nervous to shop online for a last minute dress option for my daughter prom dress because I was sure if the dress would look exactly like the picture or if it would even arrive on time, but it did! The material was perfect, the shipping and delivery process was just as stated. Definitely ordering more dresses

I ordered a prom dress from here. I ordered express shipping and the dress came really quick. It looked exactly as the picture and fit perfectly. They never sent my tracking number. But after I emailed them, they sent me it. And the response was quick.

Honestly I was scared. There were mixed reviews online and I was cutting it pretty close to the event date. We went for it! Everything turned out amazing. I would say to plan ahead and give it a try!
