If you are looking to purchase a dress from here DO NOT do it! According to their size chart I sent in my measurements however, what I got was not what I wanted. The dress looked cheaply made and the dress was too small. My bust, hip, and waist measurements were all wrong. I contacted them about a refund and was told I couldn't. That because it's hand stitched that's not possible, but their website mentions easy returns. DO NOT trust that, there are no returns with these people. I was told they can do a 10% refund and if I wanted to send it back not only would I have to pay for shipping, but a 20% restocking fee. You have to argue with these people and demand a decent refund. It's frustrating and stressful. Please shop elsewhere. I ended up going to Amazon for my bridesmaid dress and it's way better and much less expensive than what I paid for with this place.

Easy and delivered on time. Didn't like the product it didn't look like the picture, skirt was too thick f material and layers didn't flow. Had to buy a last minute prom dress for my daughter.

Everything was rather easy to navigate and the functions are good!

The tracking page on the hebeos site isn't really up to date but the shipping was quick and fast and the customer service was great whenever I had a question.

I was a little nervous about placing this order. Just based on time constraints and not knowing what to expect, however I will say that we received the dress on time and the fit was perfect (we sent in measurements)

Dress is well made, but unfortunately these types of dresses should be tried on before purchase. I would not buy another dress here.

If you have an issue with your purchase, even if it's on their end, they will tell you to have it altered and offer a small refund. My dress was too small, so altering wasn't an option. It took me 16 days of 3am emails to finally get my full refund.

I love the gown I selected for my daughter's wedding. I love the way it feels and flows. Only one concern is the boning in the bodice is too clunky. I had to spend a significant amount of money paying a seamstress to adjust the bodice, which increased the overall price of the gown, of course, but it was worth it.
