Ordered a couple dresses to get some options for a wedding coming up, i don't like either of them and the bride doesn't like the color. It's an absolute hassle to get a refund process started. I will never order again from this website. Emailing me asking for pictures of me for them to decide? Not appropriate at all. I would stay away from this website. I'm getting nervous that this is a scam website and i will be calling my bank tomorrow

I did not like the quality of the dress. The underlayer separates from the sequins making it look cheap. Most sequined dresses I have purchased are heavier and the materials are one piece. This dress separates and is see-through which makes It look like I'm wearing a slip under a sequined dress.

I brought three dresses from here as potential bridesmaids dress but they took weeks to arrive and when they did they were the wrong sizes. They will now not refund the money even though we checked their refund policy before buying. The quality of the product was not good. Don't use!

It was amazing! The shipping was what they said it would be! All of the items I purchased were just as pictured and described. I didn't feel cheated out of my money. Everything is of great quality!

This is the email i sent customer service after i tried to return a dress. They said it was custom sewn, therefore, i couldn't return it. Even after a couple of emails back & forth, they offered me a 10% refund!...

First of all, the dress I received does not look at all like the one pictured. I realize everyone is shaped differently. Second, this is NOT a tailored, made-to-order dress. If that were the case, I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO CHOOSE FROM A CHART - I would have been able to give exact measurements! I expected to have the dress hemmed, but not altered everywhere else. Getting the dress to fit the way its supposed to fit is going to cost as much as the actual dress. I will say that the sewing quality was really good, but the material is awful & it looks like a 1980s prom dress! The actual dress is "poofy" on the hips, but not on the website. Also, the circular "breast pads" look absolutely ridiculous! They're extremely noticeable & it looks like my nipples are hard & showing through (which they're not because the pad is so thick). I feel like this dress was poorly misrepresented. I'm glad we only ordered 1 of the bridemades dresses to see how it was going to look before buying all of the bridesmaids dresses! I would NEVER consider recommending this company to anyone! Buy elsewhere!

I purchased three dresses. Two of them look exactly like the pictures but one was close but not quite the same. I have not tried them on yet but they look like a decent quality.

EASY AND CLEAR ORDERING PROCESS. Final fit is off on custom measurements, so will need to have it altered still.

This dress was at least two sizes too large when it arrived, even though the measurements was right for our girl, when we had measured it. After quite a bit of back and forth with the company it was easier to take it to a tailor and get a discount, but we had to prove how much larger the dress was at first, so this was not easily done. This website does not have a very good return policy, and returning is not always possible. The tailor needed to do a lot of work on the dress, and even though some of it was expected, it got to be a lot more needed. The sleeves of this dress are difficult as they fall down and we took some off of them too, but it makes it very hard to move the arms and hard if wanting to eat. One sleeve actually broke early on in the evening, sadly. The dress was beautiful once tailored, but not easy to wear due to the sleeves, and we added a hook to the train so it was a little easier to walk with.

I was very disappointed with this experience. I was so looking forward to the dresses for my niece wedding.

Did a customized order and the dress came but it's no where close to fitting me had to go get it altered somewhere else smh smh... love the color thought but the traps and everywhere else is doesn't fit to big smh.

The dress I received came to me three times larger. I measured myself and went by the guidelines of their size chart. Customer service still has not gotten back to me after I sent pictures in compliance of a refund. Not happy

Dresses was easy to order, received order within 20 days, packaged neatly, and received in good condition.

I didn't have any problems with customer service. I had an alteration request and they got back to me quickly and did exactly as I asked.
