I am a first time buyer and was very skeptical. But hebeos came through. I will definitely be ordering again from them.

They do not adhere to their worry free return policy. They have been giving us the runaround on my return. Quality and workmanship is terrible. Do not waste your money because you won't get it back.

I read some pretty scary reviews but thought why not just try it and see! I ordered a $168 wedding dress that looked great in the pictures. When it came it looked EXACTLY THE SAME! I can't wait to make some minor adjustments and wear it on my big day!

I received my package 3 days before it was expected to be delivered from the date that I purchased it. They carefully packaged everything.

My experience was overall pretty good. Sent in my measurements and was pretty pleased except the dress is not the same as the picture.

So far I've had great experience in terms of service, however I customized my order and can not say I did a great job with my measurements. Dress is not flattering for my body shape as I am top heavy.

I was very disappointed when I seen the dress that was delivered to me. It looked nothing like the dress on the website. It looked like an beginner seamstress made it. Definitely not to my satisfaction.

They will not refund with return even if the dress does not fit or if the quality is not to your satisfaction. We received a dress that did not fit (despite sending precise measurements). Will not buy from them again.

The customer service was so poor. Ended up having to pay shipping to return and item that I had cancelled. They had emailed me regarding my order being delayed and offered to cancel it and give a full refund. I opted to cancel. They still sent me one dress from the cancelled order and would not pay the shipping to return it. They still have not given me a full refund. So I had to pay for shipping both ways since they would not refund me for the original shipping on their error. Needless to say, I will never order from them again.

Absolutely was the hardest decision in my life. After looking at millions of dresses this was the absolute one..

Transaction, the dress came right away as estimated expected time. When ever I had a questions they replied back right away.

I found the dress easily, and the payment process was quick.

The dress itself was beautiful, however the inner cups were extremely unsymmetrical. One was perfectly where it needed to be following the design of the dress, but the other was much much lower, and because of the transparent design of the top part of the dress, the error could be soon from the outside as well. It was super obvious, and I'm not sure how it made it past production without being corrected. The dress would've been perfect if not for this one flaw, which is unfortunately not something that can be shrugged off or covered, and needs to be corrected by a seamstress. It's just inconvenient and a little frustrating, because it's another expense for the bride to deal with on top of everything else, and it would've been nice if it had been addressed before shipping out.
