We love the dress well made, just wish was little more info on how to tie the back but overall we love it

My dress fits like a glove and was received quickly.

I have been trying to track down a dress my Granddaughter and I ordered for her prom. NO ONE will answer your Emails or respond to the on site question for a tracking number, We ordered the dress back in April and as of today we still have no dress or even a tracking number. The prom is in a little over two weeks from now. Don't order a wedding dress, or prom No one will respond to you.

Be aware that although the site PRETENDS they have "Worry Free returns within 14 days" for unworn, undamaged garments, it is NOT true. They won't let you try on a dress that you ordered and return it. They hide those details in the fine print. I had to fight for a return, and after paying $125 I only received $64 back. They won't cover shipping and at most will only refund 80% of purchase price. Such a scam.

The customer service experience with Hebeos was fine. Again, the quality of the dress itself was HIGHLY disappointing.

The customer service is flexible. But sometimes they dont respond to emails. Also why is it so difficult to do returns?

Customer service was prompt. I ordered 3 dresses with the intent to send 2 back after trying them on. When I asked customer service about this, they wouldnt ship my order until they knew that I would not return any of them. ( I am just reselling them on craigslist). So I said yes, I wont return them, then they shipped them. They need to change the wording on the website, saying- NO RETURNS.

Dress isn't anything similar to pictures and fit horrible.

This company is not reputable. They say easy return but it's not and if u want to send something back they won't give your money back in full. Won't buy from them again.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy from this company. Delays, they don't respond, they ignore instructions. No UK address to return items and won't refund when clearly their error. Absolutely disgusting!

The dress is beautiful! Everything fits except the arms. Way too big! Had to have more alterations..

Hebeos really followed through and gave me exactly what I ordered an in the timeframe promised. I couldn't be more pleased with this company and I will certainly be a customer for life!
