Altering the dress did take a while; however, shipping was quick. The dress is exactly what I ordered. Fits perfect too

It's a beautiful dress. Well made, great material. True to size. Came faster than expected.

My cousin and myself ordered 2 dresses for a wedding. Upon recieving the dresses, my cousin dress was poorly sewn. I ordered a size 14( I'm a size 12). She ordered a 18( she's a 16) we ordered a size up just to be on the safe side. Dresses ARE NOT TRUE TO SIZE. Her dress is really tight. Mine doesn't zip pass my lower back. Don't even think of returning or trying to get a replacement. Company is not what it appears to be

Online this company claims it will send an email when your item ships and shipping would be 7-14 days. I needed this for a specific date in early May. After a week passed with no shinotice, I emailed to say I would need to cancel the order since it had not yet been shipped. They emailed me a tracking number and said it was too late to cancel. The tracking number is not a valid one and I have never received the merchandise. They keep giving me the run around.

So pretty and fits jus right. The dresses are all beautiful but this caught my eye. So happy with the result

I had purchased my bridesmaids dresses and loved them. They were also easy to communicate with. My friend purchased her wedding dress and it looked so beautiful on her: I decided to purchase my reception dress from here as well. STUNNING

Ordering was easy and shipping was pretty quick! The dress fits perfectly!

Measurements are on spot, fabric is great, and color ordered was the color received. I was hoping they'd remove the small train, but no such luck so I will have to pay a tailor extra for this. It arrived sooner than expected which is usually appreciated, however, it arrived with a couple of bra issues that make this dress worth less than what I paid for. The cup padding and jersey fabric were not pressed together smoothly during manufacturing so it looks wrinkled, and the pleating detail is not uniform overall giving it a sloppy bridesmaid vibe. I would've rather waited for a dress made more carefully than receive a dress in half the time but made haphazardly.

My daughter picked a dress from this website that she got from my sister. I was skeptical as it is from over seas and I was afraid it wouldn't arrive on time or wouldn't be as described. I was wrong. The dress is beautifully made and fit perfectly. I will definitely be purchasing from again when I need another fancy dress

I spoke with customer service before placing my order to ensure product quality and request alterations, they were very responses. I am looking forward to seeing our dresses.

Absolutely wonderful I received my daughter La prom dress 2 weeks earlier then I expected. The Quality of the dress is beyond what you can imagine. Absolutely Beautiful

This company did not send an invoice until I asked for one, then sent the wrong dress and color and fabric. The dress was not anything like pictured. They would not let me return and the whole process is a total scam! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Worst customer service ever! I eventually had to go to my credit card for a refund as they were so difficult on something that was their fault.

The dress is the perfect length for heels. The zipper has a small hole which causes it to stick. It's very difficult to zip the dress as a result.

I had a hard time with my payment at first. It might have been PayPal. Looking so forward to getting my daughter's prom dress. Looks beautiful!
