I ordered custom measurements, and when i received it they were severely off, by 4 inches at the waist. 3 inches at the hem, and 1 inch at the bust. I would have had to spend another $300 on alterations. Then, when I tried to return it, was offered 10% refund, then a 20% refund. I finally disputed the charge with PayPal, and they offered me 70% back, if I spent another $30 to return it to them. 'Easy returns' is not true. This return process has been difficult. Still currently fighting their return offers

I loved this process because I am short so it has been tough for me to find a dress that fits just right! I can put in my measurements to fit just right!

I got my dress custom and since I am smaller than the average small, the sequence was baggy on me causing me to look like a box. I was expecting myself to look like the model but I need to remember I am not that. The dress was really pretty and had great potential but it was just not for me

Dress came about 3 weeks after ordering, in plenty of time for the event. It is exactly as it is pictured and sizing was very good. Impressed by the timing and quality

The options for products are nice. And for what I ordered it came quickly.

First time nice look dress. It is great fit dress is comfortable.

I received the dress which is a pretty dress. However the color was incorrect. I had to wait a long time to process which was ok, but when it got to me it needed to be perfect. And unfortunately instead of gold which is the wedding color, I got a rose color, also the Tull used under the dress is of a very thick material and not fluffy. Makes it hard to maintain the right shape of the dress. I am sad I won't be able to use it.

I found the perfect dress here, the dress is very soft, a beautiful colour, and arrived within the 2 weeks limit

I have spent just about $200 on a dress that didn't describe it was actually two pieces. The mesh is like a triple layer that isn't exactly see through but looks like white is layered on to your body because it's so thick. There's not a single bit of stretch to the dress so i cannot even pull it up. I ordered it larger than i needed it and it still doesn't fit. I'm assuming o may have a hard time returning it as by the time i do so I'll still be spending over $80. Really disappointed.
