Never got the dress and they will not refund my money. Don't order from them it a rip off cost me 180.00 dollars

I ordered here a prom dress. I was worried that it wouldn't arrive on time but wow. It arrived earlier than expected. The fabric, quality, look, everything was perfect. I'm more than amazed with this shop.

One dress came much too large and requires tailoring from top to bottom. Even bust area is too large and we ordered this size based around her measurements. The other is unwearable as it is unfinished. Cups are completely visible through bodice. Very disappointing

The dress took forever to get here not the greatest quality very cheap fabric. It definitely came all the way from China I have proof of that from the mailing documents. If you think you're going to get it at a decent time you will not. And if you think you're going to get it and return it you're not. My dress was never worn because it did not get here in time tags are still on it and they refuse to accept it back, since there was nothing wrong with that. So them saying on their site that you can return an item if it's in wearable condition and tags are still on it it's a downright lie. They are not going to give your money back for any reason.

After buying my dress I was concerned with the measurements because my bust is a little bigger than the biggest size you had, I had put in an inquiry and an email requesting my bust bigger and within a day I got a response that they could make that happen! And when I tried my dress on it was perfect, exactly what I asked for!

I ordered my wedding dress with the custom sizing and it took only 3 weeks to arrive, which made me happy. I still had to have several alterations performed to correct some sizing issues, but they got the dress to look similar to the photo... I know it wasn't the same quality, but it worked and I appreciated the decent price (considering the cost of other dresses out there).

Everything was great. Even down to the customer service. I knew about delays and what was happening each step of the way. I didn't know expect it for another few weeks, but it came just in time for me to be able to wear at my dress fitting!

Arrived, cute and the color I wanted. Didn't get a shipping confirmation. Took almost a month to arrive

My dress is to snug i will have to drop about 5 pounds to fit in it by July 9th but its all good.

I ordered a customized dress. I was told they would send me a tracking number which they never did. The dress just magically arrived one day.
When I tried it on, the dress did not match the measurements I sent them and the quality of the material was very bad.
They refused to fix it or let me return it.
I do not recommend them!
