Very good experience. Perfect size and shipping was fast!

I never received my 2nd order. Sent repeated emails via their website. NO answer! I didn't get an answer until I sent a message via Instagram. Still then, they continued to be extremely rude and INSIST that my order was delivered, even though their website said it was "UNDELIVERED".

This is my first time shopping with Heboes & I must say that I am very pleased with my dress! It fits perfectly!

Easy to order and it arrived early. Loved the material and custom sizing.

I had been looking for a particular style plus size bridesmaid dress because I had my limits on what I did and did not want revealed on my body and Hebeos had a good variety of dresses to choose from

I ordered my dress over a month in advance and they said it'd arrive in plenty of time before my prom. They then said that they need another week to get it to me a day before they said it was supposed to get here originally, so I said ok and it'll still give me some time. Once I responded to the email saying it was going to need an extra week they said they didn't know exactly when it get here. I told them I needed it before the 30th bc that's when my prom was. They told me 5 days before my prom that they couldn't get me the dress so I told them to cancel the order and that I'd find a different one somewhere else. The day after I sent the email for a refund/cancellation they shipped me the dress and then emailed me saying, sorry you cannot return this item because it is already shipped. I emailed them back explaining how I asked a day earlier to cancel it and they said, if you canceled it you would only get the shipping cost sense it was over 48 hours since you ordered it so we shipped it to you anyway. I basically have no way to get my money back for a dress that I cannot wear because I don't have an event for it and I don't know if this is my fault or theirs. I see it as they messed up and still took my money and now I have a dress coming to me with no event for it and a horrible experience from this website. If I were you id try and find a different dress on another website instead of this one.

Delivery time was a bit slow, but the customer service person was responsive to my inquiries.

So far the experience was good. Hope the dress is what we ordered.

Horrible. Customer service won't accept a return for a color issue which their website says is a reason for a full refund.

It was so easy to order, and it came several days before the earliest expected delivery date!

I went by the measurements that are presented online before ordering the size that I did. I thought I was ordering correct according to what is online. This dress is extremely tight and uncomfortable. They want me to pay for return already payed 29.00 for sending and lose 20% of cost of dress. Now they say order new dress my intention is not to spend nearly $400 for one dress. Totally dissatisfied with their service

Very good. Support always answered my questions and they did add the changes I wanted. So happy with my dress!
