Ordered 2 dresses. Neither one worked. Hebeos tried at first asking for pictures, and then when I took those, they refused to accept the dresses still. The pictures they asked for included measuring. I didn't do it very well, and was curious if they would ask for a better measurement. They didn't, just said the dress size was right, so they would not accept them. I suspect no matter what pictures I had sent them, they would have that same response. Also, they sent the wrong color dress for one of the dresses. They say they will accept returns for wrong color, but they refused to provide the information to return it. Only order what you are prepared to keep. So disappointed in the company. I won't be ordering from them again.

It was a great experience and I love the dress and how it fits on me.

Easy and quick. The dress was supposed to have a black lace, instead, it is the same as fabric underneath. The description of the dress clearly states that the lace will be as on the picture.

I paid for 2-3 day shipping and I expect it to be refunded as I did not receive my order for weeks.

A confirmation email once order was placed and shipped would have been helpful.

At first I was nervous because of the flowers being shipped from China (lockdowns). But the company reassured me and I did receive the flowers in a timely fashion. I will now order more for my daughter's wedding.

Amazing quality dress for the price. Runs a little small. Don't pay for faster shipping bc it still takes a long time to arrive. But the dress is better quality than my sister's $3000 dress.

Received my order for a wedding dress and it's absolutely beautiful.
I didn't measure myself for precise measurements but I figure I get my general size and it would be easier to get it altered later on which I'm going to have to do for my waistline.

Pretty easy. We went and had my daughter fitted at our local alterations specialist for Exact Dimensions for the dress and Hebeos Small pretty much fit exactly but hollow to the floor was a little long. Easy fix.

Do not order from this site. I ordered my daughter a prom dress I'm her normal dress size. The top is way too big for her, has an ink mark on it, and the beading is detached from the dress in various spots. I contacted Hebeos and they gave me the run around. First they wanted pictures, then they wanted my daughter's exact measurements, then they told me that I can't return the dress and that I need to bring it to a tailor to get alterations made. Do not waste your money, the dresses are made of poor quality and the customer service is appalling.

I ordered two dresses too choose from for my friends wedding and took my measurements and chose size 10 for both dresses because according to the size chart that size was right for me. Once they arrived they were way too small and wouldn't even zip up. I have to return them both now.

I had such an amazing experience with this dress, the craftsmanship was done surprisingly well for an online stores, I was for sure impressed. Would totally recommend for any girl looking for a prom dress!

Ordering was easy, customer service is responsive, and the dresses were fabulous. Be mindful of the timelines promised and assume the longest of the range. I procrastinated ordering and my dresses made it the day before my event. It was within the promised window so not their fault, but I assumed (incorrectly) that the timing would fall somewhere in the mid range.

The dress that i bought came quicker than expected and the quality is very nice! Super satisfied!

I ordered a royal blue dress, a specific color for the wedding. What I received was a sky blue dress. I am so disappointed. I have to scramble now to find another royal blue dress for the wedding that's in a week.
