Do not buy from here. You will throw your money away. I bought the most simple dress and the quality was absolute trash. One sleeve was sowed in completely twisted. The dress was nothing like the picture, NEVER worth more than $50. Then to add on to the experience, their costumer service is the worse costumer service I have ever seen. They will make up any excuse to not do a full refund. I promise you are better off saving up more money and buying a dress elsewhere. I will NEVER be using this website again. And It's sad they do this to ladies all over the world. This company should be banned from selling.

I didn't have any issues at all. I received notifications through out the shipping process. I would recommend.

Contrary to their listed return policy: "worry-free returns within 14 days," I had to send 4-5 emails to customer service in order for them to honor this policy. In the initial emails they told me that they would not accept a return, but you refund me 10% of the dress. As I continued to email, they final honored their return policy and I am able to return it for a refund minus shipping expenses. However, I have taken photos of the dress and am documenting all aspect of the return as I am anticipating that they will still be hesitant to refund me. DON'T BUY.

The website was easy to use and gave me great results! Everything was relatively cheaper than more expensive formal dress shops and I got a high quality dress as well!

Everything came as described on website & in good quality-not superb quality but for the prices it's a steal. I had to wait awhile to receive my order, I paid $38 or so for standard shipping which I thought was pretty expensive. Overall very good products, price can't be beat.

It was very easy to find the perfect dress and the ordering process was very easy. I only put 4 stars just because the scent of glue on the dress and sequins falling off but other than that very nice quality and very easy to pick a size measurements are very precise and acvurate

I received my wedding dress from Hebeos and I was very reluctant because the price was so low but there were so many great reviews. The dress was supposed to have a button back which is the feature photo of the dress. I ordered a standard size with no special alterations or changes. I requested the dress to be sent like the photo. I received the dress and there are no buttons on the back which again is the ONLY detail and there is also a 4" rip in the train of the dress. I email them within an hour of the dress being delivered and they requested photos naturally. I send the photos. They send back, "I am sorry you are not pleased with the dress, but we do have SLIGHT VARIATIONS to each dress because they are made to order. We would like to offer 10% off." What a joke. They did not address the fact that the dress was damaged and still have not addressed it was damaged. After a lot of back and forth through email (they don't have a phone number) I finally had it and told them that I would take 50% refund and keep the dress or a full refund including the $34.00 shipping I paid for a damaged wedding dress to come in 10 days not 20 days. They responded with they will give 40% back of the dress cost or I can return the dress and only get 80% of what I paid back... Their return policy for a DAMAGED dress states that the consumer is entitled to a FULLL REFUND. This has been an absolute nightmare and I am sorry that I even did it and have not had a good experience. I now look at the dress and can't think of the happy thought that I will get to marry my best friend in that. What I do think of is how crappy this company was to deal with and not sending me a completed dress and it's damaged. They are insensitive and insulting to think that 50% back for a damaged and unfinished dress is not fair a fair offer for 2 major mistakes. If they would have offered to have the dress sent back so they could fix it I would have agreed to that as I understand things happen, but no, they don't want to be bothered with doing what's right. NEVER WILL I EVER BUY OR RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Very fast delivery, dress looks just like that picture

I'm sorry I don't like giving bad reviews. But it a low quality fabric and sewing, it is not as seen in the image. To be honest I am disappointed. It's a cheap dress and in fact looks like a cheep dress. I'm sad.

A lot of dresses were really pretty. It was easy to find what you wanted and what look you were going for.

I ordered my wedding dress from them and it was an orangey-cream color instead of champagne. When I tried to return they said it was not their fault. Their responses were inconsistent and they would only offer 80% of the cost minus shipping cost to send it back. Due to it being "custom ordered". Even though I ordered a "size" instead of custom measurements. I opened a dispute then they said they would refund me.

I never received the refund. When I contacted them about it they said they would give me the refund if I closed the dispute. I did and they are back to the same old routine. Steer Clear of this company. It's not worth the stress to save money.

The dress is beautiful and fits almost perfectly, is a little to big for my on my bust, I order any size instead of measurement so I would recommend maybe ordering by size instead, other than that I'm very happy.

My daughter's prom dress arrived as expected. It looks nice on her and fits her well. Good value for the price.

I will say the dress looks great for the most part and fits perfectly, however, all the threading is loose and coming apart.
