Dress came way too small and the quality wasnt too good, it also took quite a bit to come and it didnt help that the website didn't have any pictures of what each color would look like

The dress fit but the zipper to pull up was not sized right. Its like they sowed the zipper part of the dress to small..

I was very hesitant at first before I made my purchase. Although, I couldn't decide where to get my wedding dress from when I wanted something different and not so much traditional. I've recently received my order a few days ago and could not be more pleased. It's a perfect fit, not bulky, comfortable on every aspect. I've ordered two dresses with Hebeos and they were both beautifully made. But not quite as pictured and definitely not tailored to the measurements I input.

You were prompt and the quality is perfect... it just is too small through ribcage

Website was easy to use, the filters made it easy to find what you're looking for. Wish there was a little more communication during the process, only got an order confirmation email and a delivered email.

Mislead by pictures dress looks nothing like the pictures

Very disappointed! The dress did not fit. It was too tight across the back and too long hanging on the floor. It had way too much material and had pleats in it. There were no pleats on the dress in your advertisement. It didn't look anything like the dress. I feel very taken advantage of by your company. I will never buy from you again. I will tell everyone I know not to buy from you. I just may put it on Instagram and Facebook as well. I ordered this for my son's wedding and now I have to start over.

So many dresses to choose from. Wish the dresses would change color when you click on the color choice to get a better view. A little nervous for the dress to arrive on time but all went great.

You cannot speak to anyone about color or sizes. You can only contact by email. I ordered my dress according to size chart & I was told color is as it appears. Which looked to be a champagne color. I received the dress which was gray in color & it was received inside out & shoved into a bag which made the dress wrinkled.

When ordering go up 2 sizes. I ordered according to the measurements and it doesn't fit. I had to order a new dress.

Terrible! They don't give refunds like they say. The products look nice on the website but the dress doesn't fit right.

Shopping experience has been convenient. I would order again. The prices seem fair also.

I ordered this gown for my wedding. I ordered sage green per the color swatch. When I received the gown it was lime green.
