The dress was too big and the color of the fabric was off.

Still waiting to hear about acceptance of return. Hoping to receive a full refund as this is not at all as pictured.

It was great, loved the custom sizing. The dress fits great.

Need to return and no reply for refund. Hope this gets resolved soon.

The overall shopping/ordering was great. Got it ordered, came in reasonable time frame, however, the gown itself did not look like the picture/quality it should. I am going to order one more time and see if it gets any better.

I found this site with a quick google search looking for a specific type of dress for my brothers wedding. It fit absolutely perfect and honestly looks exactly like the description picture! It has a nice stretchy material too. I could not be happier, and the price just is the cherry on top. A very similar dress that I was eyeing "in store" went for $540! Thank you!

I ordered this item as the reviews were good on this site. I received an item that was similar to what I ordered but not nearly the same. When I reached out, I was told I could have a 10% discount. When I said I didn't want o pay 90% of something I didn't order I was offered a 20% discount.

The obvious problems are I ordered Ivory, it is clear to see the dress is white. I held a white sheet of paper to prove this. I ordered a dress with a specific flowing pattern. I was told because they are hand sewn they will differ, which I completely understand, but the random pattern I received is no where near the flowing pattern they advertised. The awful making of the dress I completely expected to have to get it tailored, but there is no tailor in the world that could adjust the dress in the pictures to match the correct color and pattern of the dress I dreamed of.

My experience was Awesome. The processing times were true to date. Dress shipped exactly when it was supposed to.

I ordered a satin dress but when it came it was not satin

I recently ordered my daughter's flower girl dress from this company. They sent me a dress that had blue ink all over the satin in the back. The bow was also broken in the back. I immediately contacted them and sent pictures. They told me to wash it off with hot water. Of course that did not work. I had approximately 12 emails back-and-forth of them fighting with me and not offering to exchange or return. They offered me a 10% discount on a new dress and no money back for the old dress. Their comments and emails to me were rude and snarky meanwhile my daughter is in tears and my wedding is quickly approaching. This was supposed to be a fun experience for her and I and it has been nothing but a nightmare. They still will not make this right and I just don't know what to do. I cannot afford to buy her a whole new dress. I keep trying to add pictures of the dress but for some reason they are not uploading will try again soon.

My daughter find this site for her prom dress. The price was amazing and quality of the material was great!

The Hebeos website is very easy to use! They offer such a wide selection of dresses, from short to long, a-line, ball gowns, and mermaid dresses! There is so much to choose from!

I measured and still the dress did not fit. Can't use the dress.

It was I'll fitting, even after taking my measurements. The dress looked cheaply made and did not look like the picture said it would look like. I'm severely disappointed.

Make sure to look at what the color truly is because it's not what you think

Poor. I was so excited about receiving this dress, but was given a size 10 instead of a 7 and there were rhinestones missing on the halter top.
