It's ok but not the best. I wish it didn't look as cheap

Paid standard shipping, which equals Express or Overnight shipping, and dress arrived a full month after the order date.

I ordered a dress for my wedding and when I logged into my Hebeos account there was no recent orders. When I contacted customer services about this they were less than helpful. Now my dress actually arrived and it is the completely wrong dress! I have contacted customer services multiple times and received the odd unprofessional reply offering no help. They are now stating they sent me the correct dress and sent a photo of the dress i supposedly received? Worst online shopping experience I have ever had to go through. The first photo attached is a screenshot of the dress I ordered from there website and the second photo is the dress is received.

I need to return. It doesn't fit but is beautiful material.

Love how easy this website was to use. Can't believe the quality of dress with this price. We definitely recommend to people who are getting married or having special events.

The customer service needs a lot of work. I asked for a expected delivery date and the first person flat out skipped me to someone else and then they skipped me. Then the third person didn't even answer my question. I just went to look at other options as a back up. Needs improvement.

I wear a size 14 so I ordered a 16 to be safe. I received the 16 but it was way too small. Their return policy does not allow for returns if you receive the item that you ordered so I can not return. My purchase was a waste of money. Anyone want to buy a pretty dress that is about a size 12?

Dresses are good quality. Even with one dress that didn't fit company was great with communicating back when I reached out and took less than 3 weeks to get back. Will be shopping with you again!

The shipping time is exactly what they say on the website, although I wish it would be faster I like the fact that they specify the time and it actually was one day earlier.

My dress is arrived in time but it not look exactly like what it show in the picture the tailoring is not as detailed and meticulous as it should be, but it still look beautiful.

I am trying to get information on returning and it has not been easy.

There is no mention of a restocking fee of 20% plus return shipping. They say they take returns but argue every step of the way. Will never buy again and will blast every chance I get. Dress wasn't even nice either. Plain and cheap looking

Placing the order was very easy. I was nervous about doing my own measuring, but it turned out ok. The dress is beautiful. It doesn't look any different than the dresses girls are spending $500 and up on. My daughter looks beautiful in it and I know will look perfect once we have it shortened.

I purchased a dress for my wedding from here. I am trying to return as I hate it and they are giving me a hard time. It's to pink and looks u finished! So I am still waiting for the information to return and 7 days later they still have not sent the information!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE there is lots of other options! I want my money back

We followed the measurement instructions carefully and just received the dress and it doesn't fit. Prom is 5 days away and my daughter is devastated. She cannot buy formal wear off the rack due to her body type, so we thought this was going to be perfect. She shed many tears today.

Do not waste your money. The picture looks different than what you will receive. Delivery was as promised; otherwise regret spending this amount of money on such a cheap dress. It looks like a child's costume, not equivalent to price paid. Had to take to get altered for an additional $100plus dollars; even though we sent measurements. This was a huge disappointment.
