The shopping experience was fine easy to use but the received product was not equal to the pictures on the website. The neckline was lower and the material not as expected

Application was is easy to use just wish colors could switch on model. The delivery was in a timely manner

I purshased a dress and it has a poor quality and was damage. The client service does not want to refound me at all. They just offered me a 10%. One of the worse client service that i've never had.

Staff was very helpful. Took a day to reply to each email (i'm assuming it's a different timezone from me) very speedy response and i got help picking a custom color. The color samples on the sight should be more accurate however

Customer service was great. Each time I had a question to the customer rep, it was answered in a timely fashion. However, the product was not exactly as pictured. It should have been better. Size 4 looking like a size 2. Hopes it fits. Will update once the dress is actually won

I didn't have any tracking and on the website it did not have a delivery date, or in my email. I got an email asking if it had been delivered and it was but that was the only communication I had and I was worried my dress wouldn't make it in time

This was prefect! I was a little worried that it wouldn't fit me. But it came on time and it looked like the picture and it fit prefect on me! It's really beautiful!

Their dresses are gorgeous. I love many of them. And plan on getting one more for my sons wedding. I ordered a custom fitting dress and in no time they had it completed & on its way. I would buy there again for sure.

Purchased a dress for wedding using the size chart that didn't include upper arm size. The dress measured 10 inches my arm is 12 inches. They refused to give a refund or exchange. Told me to take to a tailor when there is no extra fabric to let out even with their offer of a 10% discount. Now I have to purchase another dress not from Hebeos.

My granddaughter dress is beautiful. The dress runs a little bit large but it's fine
