The most dishonest company. If you are unhappy with a dress you can forget them following their return policy. I regret ever coming across their website. Buyers should be warned that they do not follow through as advertised. Buyer beware!

I received my dress, I tried it on. It couldn't fit, I send an email for a return the same day I received my dress. And my return was denied.

Don't buy from here. Total scam. There are no returns and their sizes don't match given measurements.

The dress style is beautiful but, it was poorly made ie stitching was off, bubbled in the front etc

Was a little nervous about ordering a prom dress this late and from a company I never heard of… my daughter loves it, fits her perfectly, it's everything she had hoped for!

I ordered a coral bridesmaid dress and a blue mother of the bride dress. Both custom sized. I followed the guidelines for measuring exactly as they pictures and instructions showed and stated. Both dresses arrived HUGE. They were easily 5-7 inches too long, too big in the top, waist, everywhere. The coral was not even close to the color pictured and was very orange/tangerine. I contacted Hebeos to see if I could get a refund, send back (at my expense) for alterations, etc. They told me no. In fact they said "not my fault". They also told me I was lying about when I received them and that I had not received them "long time ago". That is simply not true. I am now out the cost of the both dresses and will have to either spend double to triple the cost of the dresses for alterations or will have to trash them and buy new dresses. So, so, so disappointed.

Nice and easy ordering and payment options. For the cost there should have been close attention to the provided measurements sent in.

I was so excited about this prom dress. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture. The material is cheap, the sewing is horrible, I got it custom sized and it doesn't even fit. I'm beyond furious. DO NOT BUY! HORRIBLE CHEAP $#*! $#*!.
